Grady was amazing,He was very helpful! He stayed a half hour past closing to set up my 94 year old Uncle’s new phone. Grady never got impatient and was great, reassuring my uncle all his information would be on the new phone and it was!
He is our hero as I am leaving tomorrow for home in Northern California and I don’t have to worry. Thanks Grady
