Highly Disrespectful staff. I asked if there was a discount on the ice cream and the gentleman said I would need to know the exact one so I tried to tell him but he kept cutting me off to say in a very loud voice I need you to go get the item, he could have started with that instead of interrupting me and yelling at me not letting me finish my sentence. First of all the flavor shouldn't matter the discount applies to the brand smh people are so self centered cruel and out right disrespectful. I'm in there every day spending money you would think you'd show a little respect.

Soda fountain for coke is always empty. Even sometimes it seems like they put the diet coke there or someone messed with there settings.

My family had walked in and they don’t understand much english. I get a call saying “A lady had been handed $15 for two items which had been $10.50. She didn’t understand me saying i gave her $11”. I had went to the store made the same complaint. “No they only handed me $11”. I walk out talking to another gentleman telling them my sister had only a 10 dollar bill and a 5 dollar bill. The lady comes out and hands me the rest of the change. I know it’s only 4.50, but as well she had an attitude to my family, while on top of that put on a innocent face when I had stepped in.

The kid working there around 915 was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife. Just because she wanted to use a coupon. The coupon was not expired the coupon expires 2/28/2023. This kid should be fired for the way he treats people.. if there were.zero.start he would get one

Not always the most tidy store. It seems old and dingy. There are often people hanging out outside the store or employees out front smoking. Turkey Hill in general doesn't have the best prices or deals on things anymore. It's cheaper to buy Turkey Hill products at the grocery store, which makes no sense. I rarely stop at a Turkey Hill store anymore.

This review was written during the covid pandemic. Covid safety is particularly bad here. Space is crowded and much of the locals don't care much for social distancing or wearing a mask. I've seen crowds hanging out both inside and outside the store entrance. Furthermore, this business has closed constantly during the pandemic due to covid infections. If you want to avoid being sick, i believe this business has shown that it's not a safe place to avoid sicknesses such as colds, flu's and covid infections. If you don't mind being sick, they offer passable service and the staff are often amicable.

The old man who works in the morning is literally the creepiest. At first he seemed nice, but after going in a few times he started addressing me as "lovely" and would make it a point to call me lovely at least 3 time per 5 minute visits. I corrected him this morning because I've honestly had enough of feeling uncomfortable in the store. This mans response was "well I call them how I see them" continued to make me feel like I was in the wrong for correcting him and then continued to talk about it making me feel awkward. Now I have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get redbulls before work, just to avoid this man. It's not okay and I honestly feel like someone needs to have a talk with him, because I can't be the only one hes doing this too. I dont care if he mean it as a compliment or whatever, it's uncomfortable.

Been going to this Turkey hill for many years. This morning I got carded for cigarettes. I dont look 18 or 27. The employee proceeded to tell me if you look 40, you still get carded. I normally carry my ID, but she was very rude, and she apparently doesn't know the laws!!!
