BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. SELLS DAMAGED PRODUCTS AT HIGH PRICES AND WILL REFUSE TO REIMBURSE OR REPLACE.I unfairly lost a lot of money today, and it really feels like I got robbed. They lost a long time customer.

They have a great selection of glass and other basic smoking items. But oh boy don’t think you’re going to get any decent cigars from their “humidors” they are not using any humidity control to the point that all cigars are dry and crumble to fine powder when you try to cut one with any cigar cutter. Just not worth spending any money on cigars from this place. Otherwise everything else that don’t require humidity control is great!Edit: I’m aware of full blade sometimes resulting in cracked cigars but this was beyond dry to begin with. A cigar should NEVER crackle when you lightly pinch it between your fingers. In my experience I’d say this was at improper humidity for several weeks or more. It’s as because a lot of people can’t spend that much money on a cigar and be disappointed, it’s a lot of income you’re missing out on and overall bad from the customer service standpoint.

Stopped by Saturday morning 11/6 at 830 and they were closed. Waited until 9 and left. Their hours state they open at 8 on Saturday. Nothing like taking a long drive to a store that didn't bother to open ??

Got great customer service from one of the employees on some synth pee and passed with flying colors...much respect ? ?Has tons of great pieces at a decent price and I love their huge collection of wraps to choose from
