We loved working with Tip Top Granite! Sherry was great showing us around and looking at options and the installers were very professional. Their prices were much lower than local competitors and things were smooth from start to finish. We liked that you could pick out the slab that you wanted at their location to best fit what we wanted. Thanks again for everything!

Tip Top Granite claims on their website that they will “beat anyone’s price guaranteed”. They gave me a price of $2,000 for 14 square feet of absolute black granite ($143 a square foot is unheard of) with no cut outs. I went to 3 other local granite companies all of which were 25% or more lower. The highest other estimate I received was for $1,422. Tip Top refused to beat that price. I didn’t even ask them to beat the lowest estimate. I asked them to beat the highest other estimate and they still refused. As a businessman and estimator myself, I’ve learned that sometimes taking a small loss ($600 in this case) typically (not always) ends up turning into a profit in the end as you build relationships with new clients. In my case, I have 3 full kitchens I’m remodeling. Had they done this initial job for me would have led to 3 very large projects. I kindly asked them to please have the courtesy to at least give me a reason why they won’t stand by their word and they never gave me an answer. Before moving forward with Tip Top Granite, I highly suggest getting a few quotes from other local competitors who will do just as good of a job and save you a considerable about of money.

I chose Tip Top granite over several other options and I’m glad I did. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Good price, quality product, on time scheduling and installation (which is important to those of us flipping houses) great service and responsiveness. The install and finish seam work was flawless. Tony is a young small business owner who gives me hope that quality and customer service is not completely dead in America.

Such a pleasure working with Sherry so accommodating. Everyone was so nice to work with. Was able to hold our piece of granite until we were ready for install. Turnaround time was great measure one week install next week! Love our selection and our price was reasonable…..THANK YOU

Sherry did an excellent job of finding a remnant piece of quartz called Nile that was fit perfectly on the 17 3/8" x 37" top I needed. It was cut and ready for me the next day. We'll come back if we need more granite and we'll tell our friends!

Tony and the rest of the team at Tip Top Granite were great to work with throughout the entire process. They communicated great and answered all questions I had thoughtfully and clearly, as well as having a great price. James was incredible on the day of the install helping work through a few minor issues that came up with great attention to detail. I cannot recommend the Tip Top Granite team enough.
