They spray painted my black carpet instead of cleaning it so now my car smells like spray paint and the carpet is still dirty. Way too expensive for the service they offer. The guy with face tattoos was rude. The place was disgusting, never take your car here if you care about your car.

From the moment I contacted this business, everyone was responsive, friendly, and communicative. Everything they said they'd do, they did. After getting a free estimate, they were able to provide service same day, and finished in half the time they predicted. Jay does outstanding work, my dings and a more serious crease were erased with no trace. He, Christina, and Stephanie were delightful to work with and I cannot recommend this crew enough. We are just visiting the area, but the trip to their shop was worthwhile, enjoyable, and far exceeded my expectations.

I called Mr. Dent to request help importing a vehicle into the USA via sea port. I had the pleasure of working with Cindy and she was knowledgeable about the industry, patient and eager to work with me, and when she discovered she wasn't able to manage the import with my specific vehicle she made recommendations for other companies who may be able to. I highly recommend Mr. Dent!

I went to the wrong facility by mistake. They could not be more accommodating and fixed my car in 30 minutes with no appointment. Christina and Jay were great and I’m happy I ended up in the wrong place.

Mr. Dent is definitely the place to go for a dent repair. I received other comparable quotes in the area for the work, but ultimately went to Mr. Dent. Price was very affordable (I paid out of pocket), work was quick (1 hour total approx). I had a dent that was in a difficult place and Jay was able to fix it / make it disappear! The office staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. I would 1000% recommend Mr. Dent for your paintless dent repair.

Did a great job repairing a wheel of mine that contacted a curb. I dropped the truck off at 11am and it was finished at 1! Great service and quality work. I also had them do a color change on a set of BMW wheels for me in the past and it was that great experience that had me come back again.

Responsive, quick turn-around for appointment; Worked with insurance company with unusual requirements to ensure repair was not only flawless but also paid out directly by insurer vs. out-of-pocket. The ugly door dings from the winter parking lot abuse are gone!

My wife and I take a trip every year on our motorcycle. This year coming back from Maine at a rest stop in Connecticut I lost my footing and dropped the bike. I stayed with it to dampen the impact and pushing out from under I put three dents in a row in the fuel tank. Three options for repair are paint work, tank replacement and the last but not least paintless dent repair. I decided to try the paintless route. I called three places. The first gave me a starting price that included me bring the tank off the bike, the second wasn't interested then I called Mr. Dent. They were very professional with a personal feel right from the start. After sending a few pictures I was told the owner wanted this job. I was ask if I could bring it in to take a closer look and they would give me a more accurate price. I dropped it off the night before and the next day I was given a price and told it could be done that evening. I have had very bad experiences in the past so I lowered my expectations as to not be disappointed. When I picked up there was a street light reflecting off the tank. I could not tell where the three dents were. When arriving home I took a close look. I have worked in the service industry all my working life, a craftsman in many ways and I must say I have rarely been this happy with a service. Bottom line, if you need dents removed and they can be removed I have ever reason to believe that Mr. Dent will do nothing short of a absolute best job and the staff will make it a pleasant experience. There are still highly skilled craftsman out there and I found one! Thanks

I'll start with the good - Mr. Dent is okay at dent work. The three dents that Zurich (and its subsidiary) approved for repair were fixed. Yay - Now, at the same time, while the car was there for said PDR work, I inquired if they could also repair two wheels (also under a Zurich policy/claim) and detail the vehicle, as it needed to be cleaned up before being returned as it is a lease. So to start, the car was going to go to Alloy Wheel Repair Services, to fix the wheels, but silly me, I asked Mr. Dent if he could be "Mr. Rim" too... Before even bringing the car or moving the claim from AWRS to Mr. Dent, i asked "will the wheels be repaired the same way they would be repaired at AWRS?" To which I was told "yes"... Now these are 19'' alloy wheels and need to be placed in a C&C lathe to be re-cut then repaint and cleared to repair... NOT WHAT Mr. Dent DID - they just sanded down the edge of the wheel with a grinding tool and painted an aluminium alloy wheel with some cheap silver spray paint... NOT THE SAME REPAIR AS AWRS THERE MR. DENT.. So clearly no Mr. Rim here, as the car now needs to go to Alloy Wheel Repair Services to have the two wheels re-repaired... Disaster one.. And Zurich's money... Next to that "detail" - CLEARLY Mr Dent is not Mr. Rim and he is NOT Mr. Detail either - First, I was over charged for an "exterior" only detail, that was sold as a "cut and buff"... Now, as someone who's actually detailed cars for wholesalers in my younger years, this was one of the WORST details i've ever seen. There are still areas of ruff paint (that could be over spray from that killer wheel repair) that an experienced tech could easily remove with a buffer... Plus areas of light scratching that were ignored. But the best part was there was still dirt and road grime on the bumpers.. Also, love the compound in every single gap & crack, and all over every moulding. Disaster two.. NEVER AGAIN - STAY AWAY Last and the most upsetting, was an item that was stolen from inside my vehicle. As mentioned above, the detail and all other work was to the exterior of the vehicle. However, upon pick-up, I noticed that an item that was around the rear-view mirror when the car was dropped off was now missing - an irreplaceable item given to me by a now deceased love one. When I asked were the item was, all the staff got real stupid, real quick or claimed "they didn't clean the car"... If the inside wasn't to be cleaned, one would argue the item was stolen, not mistakenly removed during cleaning. But, honestly, no one really seamed to care. Dents, maybe... Rims NEVER AGAIN... Detail... NEVER, EVER AGAIN.
