I rented a 3 inch Core bit And when I went to use it the carbine bits would not even cut through the cinder block so I Called them right away and told them He said when you bring it back. We'll take a look at. I was drilling for about a good 10 minutes. And it didn't even cut a quarter inch into the block So when I took the bit back, he looked at it and said nothing looked wrong with it to him and he would not refund any of my $23 dollars back and I didn't even use the it. Wow, never will go there again.

It was my first time visiting this store and I absolutely LOVE the green house area. There is a wide selection of beautiful plants and other really neat merchandise; The little planters throughout the store are so adorable. It is very obvious that the plants were all so well taken care of. Stephanie is a gem ..and Longeneckers is lucky to have her. She is so sweet, kind, and knowledgeable. She answered any and all questions that I had. I did not plan on buying anything(just looking--but jokes on me, haha). I ended up leaving with 2 little plants and two pots to put them in! I am actually not from the area in live 50 minutes away, however if i lived closer i would totally make this my sole place for my plant purchases because of Stephanie. I will certainly be back though! Thanks for a great experience.

We had 4 kitchen appliances delivered and installed today. The installation by Jose, Dave, and Gage was beyond outstanding. They were friendly, professional, efficient, informative, and gave a thorough cleanup. We are so happy with our choice of appliances and completely satisfied with the entire transaction. Anyone buying appliances owes it to themselves to consider Longanecker's before going anywhere else.

We purchased an Haier floor model air conditioner April 2023. We used it approximately 2 months in the midst of summer to further cool our bedroom .
To my surprise it did not cool when I started it in May. I went to Longeneckers to talk to them about it after I did all the troubleshooting in manual. They said it's out of warranty & handed the receipt to me. I asked what can you do to help me , repair, suggestions? They said there are no parts. They come from Japan & it is hit or mis if they work well or not. After I questioned their integrity a man told me their dehumidifier are the same way & pointed to them on the sales floor. I now have a $430.00 fan. I like to shop small businesses, take pride in our small towns but lack of respect for customers is what is driving people to shop Amazon. After 20 yrs. of shopping there I will no longer & I will tell my friends to steer clear & shop where they are respected as a consumer.

Monday morning I dashed into your store to purchase a microwave that died on me on the weekend. Thanks for your professional sales team and installer who installed it the next day. We were in a tight time crunch and once again you provided great service! In the last 2 years I purchased 5 appliances and highly recommend your store and your personal and reasonable prices.

Good hardware store with a little bit of everything. Nothing negative to say about the store as everyone is very kind and willing to help you find whatever you may need.Negatively, We used their appliance service to repair our refrigerator. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, however, he did not protect my hardwood floors and caused some damage to them when pulling out the refrigerator. I was not informed of any damages and discovered it when I returned to the house a few days later.I will still be using the store, but unfortunately I do not believe I can trust their appliance servicing team to take care of my home.

Until recently when I wanted to buy from a local hardware store I went with one that was a little closer to me. Unfortunately the True Value close to me has been bought out and is not the store it once was, so when I needed to get a replacement oven for my kids I went looking here. I can tell you I'm glad that I did. They got the oven in earlier than they said that they could and the installers fixed an issue that the folks who put in the last oven did fix and just lazily worked around.A few days after that my fathers dryer started squeaking so we called and had a service person come out. He was prompt (he actually arrived before he was scheduled and we weren't back yet) and he fixed the dryer in 15 minutes or less. He was nice, polite, and got the job done quickly, just like the guys who installed the oven. If you're looking for solid service, honesty and decent prices I strongly suggest that you look here.
