I highly don’t recommend David the salesman. I came in to look at a truck. We went for a test drive and I really liked the truck. I wanted to get some numbers and I told him about my trade in and he treated me like a joke. I felt very disrespected. He asked if I had good credit in a jokingly smart way when I told him how much I still owed. I will not come back to buy anything from him at all. Worst experience I’ve had with a salesman.

I had come to finalize my PA Inspection on my Equinox LT from 2021, which I started on Friday, August 16, 2024, but was required to change my 4 tires to complete the PA Inspection process. I needed to verify with my husband and what his thoughts were about changing the 4 Bridgestone tires after 28,200 miles on them, instead of the 65,000 miles guaranteed, when I bought the vehicle in 2021. I ended up buying 4 new Good Year tires that should last for 70,000 miles. The whole process lasted from 9 am until around 12:45 pm, instead of the 2 and a half hours that the Service Department had initially told me. I believe they had a problem with straightening the alignment of my steering wheel.

Great experience start to finish. I emailed a request for a particular vehicle they had on the lot and received all the information I had requested within the hour. Other dealerships took several emails and phone calls and still didn't provide the information I had requested, very annoying. Sales manager Russ and his salesman Dwayne were very easy to work with and made the buying process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Budget was a big concern for me, but Lori and the team got me taken care of at the price point I needed. While all options and potential add-ons were explained thoroughly, I didn't feel pressured to include any with my purchase.
I was given honest feedback about things that affected the sale including thigs like trade in value.
And again, Lori was genuinely concerned with my situation and matched me up with the right car and the right payment.

Always polite and respectful whether it is a phone conversation or in person. Never a problem getting an appt for service within a few days and if waiting on the vehicle, I am never there for too long.
