We bought a pair of small rubies here and were so pleased with the service. The jeweler showed us the gems and helped us find a color match. He gave us great advice on our antique ring and went above and beyond for a relatively small purchase. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell us. After searching at many jewelry stores we can say Heisey’s will provide you great service for a fair price.

Experienced wonderful service today for a ring repair. The ring was purchased 25 yrs ago from another jeweler who is no longer in business. Heisey’s was able to repair the loose diamond in the band at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I just got 2 rings back that needed resized. I had heard several good recommendations for Heisey's and I am so glad I went! I had been especially concerned about one of the rings because it has an intricate pattern the entire way around the band, but they resized it and adjusted the pattern flawlessly so that I can't even see where the adjustments were made! They are also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Best jeweler ever he is awesome at what he does I have been going to him for years and I’m always happy with the custom work he does it took me a while to find a great jeweler when I moved out her and I’m so grateful for him. Prices are great and work is even greater. His brother does the engraving and he is great too. If you need new jewelry or fixing or something custom made this is the place and I’m super picky and love these guys.

This jewelry store is amazing! I needed to have a ring repaired and a new stone put in. They found the perfect gem for me, fix the ring and mounted the stone. I bought some silver jewelry that was reasonable and I loved. In addition, they do clock repair including grandfather clocks. Please be aware that this is a popular store and repairs can take longer.
