I have been with fulton bank for many many years..I will be closing my account due to my money being deposited into another individuals account twice. I have also had to get a new debit card twice in a month's time .customer service is not the best .

Not organized, I had to call multiple times for updates. Gave them information and they lose it or say its invalid.

Very poor customer service today, lobby closed, long lines at drive thru. No signs up indicating lobby closed. Multiple people walking up to find doors locked.
