I would recommend to everyone.I bought my 2013 Wrangler Unlimited n February of 2023, not only was it a smooth transaction and a pleasure to deal with but the Wrangler runs great! A year later and there have been no problems at all!I will definatley buy from them again!

I got my beautiful Jeep from John at Best Buy Pre owned! He stayed late for me twice and worked with my work schedule to get things done with me, and he made the process easy to understand and painless! I traded my car in with him as well. I would definitely recommend checking his vehicles out and supporting his business when looking for a new car!!

What an AMAZING experience!I walked on the lot looking for a very specific year and make of a jeep with a specific budget and I saw they had a good amount of jeeps. AsI walked around I was greeted with such kindness and professionalism.I spouted out my “demands” and let me tell you, you ask and you shall receive! They had exactly what I wanted and were willing to walk me through the whole processes and make things so quick and effortless.They are definitely our go to dealer!

We came across Best Buy Pre-Owned randomly when searching for Jeeps on Facebook...and are so glad we did!!What an awesome little dealer with a wide range of vehicles... especially jeeps. There were so many unique ones to choose from. I saw a Smoky Mountain Edition jeep and instantly fell in love. John was amazing to work with. He was so kind and was willing to work with us. I highly recommend checking out Best Buy Pre-Owned if you are in the market to get a vehicle. The prices are extremely fair for the value of the vehicles.

Can’t believe I use my google account the first time to write a bad review.Still on going hassle to get my title and registration.Bought a used X-5, 5 months ago still no registration and title. Temp registration has been expired two months ago and state inspection cannot be done due to NOT having a registration.All John, the owner, saying is it is delayed because of Covid-19.I have bought two other vehicles during Covid-19 pandemic, both time with-in 2 months I got my registration.Another thing, even this is a used vehicle, brake pads had to be replaced within a month and there was a big bug in the head lamp, again John said he can’t do anything, I had to find a local mechanic to remove that bug from the head lamp. Extra $$$ spent with-in a month.Fog lamp was out from day 2 as well.If you want to get pull over due to expired registration, buy from this place. Also, if you want to pay extra $ due to car breaking down within few days, buy from this place.My advice is buy from a larger dealership, smaller dealership like this place don’t hold vehicles’ title and may use your payment to buy another vehicle instead of paying off and get your paper works done on right time so you can receive your title and registration on time.I did report this place to the office of Attorney General, they did respond me that they will inform John, the owner and figure out whats going on so us customers can get protected when we purchase a used vehicle.

I bought my 1st wrangler 4 years ago here. It's easy to love a car and post your transaction. We had a greatand smooth transaction, John helped us get a better interest rate, our jeep came with a soft top and living in PA with winter I was concerned and a few months after iur ourchase he called and found a hard top in heat condition and the price was much lower then what I was finding. He also showed my husband how to switch them out and helped in the cold rain prepared with tarps and all. We have recommended him to other friends who were very satisfied.

In need of a new car, the owner was really patient and informative with my boyfriend and I buying our first cars. My boyfriend and I were driving by and saw a car for sale that caught our eyes. We talked to John the owner and he let us test drive it. As a first time buyer he was very informative, answered all of our questions and gained a very trusting relationship with us. As a shy and quiet type he helped me feel comfortable to ask anything I wanted to know as well as giving advise for a first time car buyer. If there were any issues with the cars (which was mainly cosmetic) John helped us fix it or informed us of local shops he trusted to take our to. We bought two cars from him so far that run and look great. If I ever want or need a car in the future I will definitely go to him first instead of a main and other small dealerships.
