Kind and friendly staff behind the pharmacy. Store is always clean and the staff is helpful. Clean and tidy and easy in and out on to main road from both directions.

This Rite Aide is very good, helpful and accommodating. My mother is in her 80 and they were very accommodating giving her her vaccinations.

Poor repeated experience here. We have been filling our dogs medication here for the last few months because of its proximity to the vet. They never have the medication ready at the promised time, not even hours after. We now call before coming to see if it is ready (5+ hours later) and it never is. We had an issue about something missing from the script so they could not fill it (which is not their fault) but we received no contact between 1130am drop off and the call to see it it’s ready at 530pm. It’s been frustrating more than once

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Pharmacist and staff including Tammy the pharm tech have absolutely no customer service whatsoever. They never smile, they are never eager to help you. Please get other staff that actually wants to work with the public.

The pharmacist Greg is really rude and will gladly tell you to go to a different pharmacy if you don't like it. Guess what Greg I've been a customer longer than you've been their pharmacist so if you don't like it you can leave.

Consistent problems getting meds. Script renewal requests go to the wrong places and never get filled. Half the time they don't have the medications. One fill system is such a mess the pharmacy won't even use it. Now the pharmacy closes at 6 and for like and hour and a half around lunch so if you work, good luck... Done here. Get it together or shut it down.

Their delivery service is a joke. My meds never came and now I’m in withdrawal, and they lied when they said they were ready to be picked up, because they weren’t there when I actually decided to show up. The whole point of delivery was so that I didn’t have to drive all the way here. Extremely disappointed.

The pharmacy charged me twice for a med that I already paid for, called my old doctor to refill said med (i had switched providers MONTHS ago), never delivered my meds when i had specifically asked them to, and then lied about my med being expired. There is an obvious lack of teamwork and competency behind that counter and customers are suffering for it. I went a week without my antidepressants; if it were a high alert med like a benzo or insulin I would be dead. Absolutely unacceptable.
