I wanted to update my post. Although my heart is breaking, I just wanted to take the time to once again to thank Dr. Frost and her team for their compassion. I had to put Sherlock asleep today in order to rest with the angels. It was a hard decision, but he was dying and in pain. Everyone there was helpful and compassionate. They treated us both with respect, dignity, and compassion.They showed Sherlock love in his final moments. For that, I am truly grateful. Dr. Frost and her team are wonderful! They are both professional and compassionate. My cats get excellent care at Whitelands. One of my cats is a diabetic rescue cat, and they have dedicated their time to helping him. My other cat just got his teeth cleaned and had to have a tooth pulled. I feel comfortable leaving my pets in their care, knowing that not only are they being taken care of physically, but they are also being treated with love and attention. I appreciate it! I definitely recommend taking your pets there because, let's face it, our pets are like family members, and we want the best for them.

Whitelands Animal Hospital in Malvern is one of the best veterinarians we have gone to in a long time. They are very attentive, and were so kind and welcoming to our dog. Our dog has always been nervous going to vets, but she did not want to leave her last appointment at Whitelands. Dr. Frost and Tonia took a lot of time to thoroughly go over everything, and explained everything to us in detail before helping us make the best decision about how to treat our pup. They are also very fair price wise, and will help you find a solution that fits your budget. We have been rushed by vets in the past who have skipped over important details, but Whitelands made sure to check every possibility. We will definitely be taking our pets back here for all of their veterinary needs! Thank you so much to this wonderful staff for making our scared dog enjoy going to the vets!

What an absolute joy to find this place. My little girl pitty rescue is getting up there in age and has always had skin issues. Lately she had been developing lesions on her skin stemming from an allergen that I wasn't sure where it came from. My past vet always treated the symptoms, and not the root cause of it. This has changed now going into Whitelands Animal Hospital. They were caring, thorough, and extremely compassionate and fair when it came to prices, solutions, and options. I honestly couldn't suggest this place more for any of you furry kids' needs.

They were quick, kind, and efficient for my cat's first ever visit. The vet was very honest, thorough, and my cat seemed to feel very comfortable there. Will definitely be going there for future kitty visits.

I appreciate that Dr. Frost spent so much time with us and listened to understand our cat's history. She was thorough and put a plan in place to try and identify the cause of his problems so she can recommend the best treatment. Coming from a bad experience with another practice, our first visit with Dr. Frost gave me hope that we can help our little guy.

I have been going to the practice since my dogs were puppies. My oldest one is almost 9. Dr. Frost has been great. She explains things and seems to really take an interest in the well being of the animals. They have incorporated dental into the practice now, which I really need to get mine in there for that. I must say that I do miss Phyllis. Phyllis if you read this, please get in touch with me.

WARNING!!!!! Do not take your pet to this facility. Dr. Frost misdiagnosed my dog after running $1000 of tests. She started out by saying my dog may have cancer or liver disease after spending over $1000. It came down to she had indigestion. All she needed was an antibiotic. If you want to hire a vet who is going to just run you around in circles, charge you for useless tests and then tell you at the end of the day that she still doesn’t know what’s wrong with your pet, then feel free to go to Dr. Frost. my personal suggestion is that you find someone else as quickly as possible and run as fast as you can!
