I lived at Westgate Village Apartments for 3 years. Maintained nicely and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance comes quick and they’re friendly. The complex was close to work but also close to many other things like shoppes and restaurants. I recommend living at Westgate Village Apartments.

We leaved in westgate from 12/2013 to 11/2023 it’s exact a-decade, time flied off just like that. It’s a great community, friendly people, prompt and caring management especial recognition to Andrea and Kristin and all maintenance people who are soft spoken and talented.

My experience at Westgate Village Apartments in Malvern, PA was a mixed bag. While the initial days seemed promising, the recurring maintenance issues turned our stay into a nightmare. Although the maintenance team was responsive and quick to address our concerns, the solutions provided were often temporary, failing to address the root cause.The recurring water supply issues were highly problematic, affecting not just our unit but four blocks of approximately 80 families. The frequent disruptions during weekends caused significant distress. Regrettably, the leasing office's initial response was lackluster, displaying a concerning lack of urgency and prioritization of our concerns. As these challenges persist, it's evident that Westgate Village Apartments risks losing its appeal and credibility among the neighborhood residents..Furthermore, the overall quality of appliances, flooring, carpeting, and bathroom fittings in our unit was subpar. Most of the features were outdated and damaged, leading to a weekly ritual of maintenance tickets. Given the rent we paid, I had expected a higher standard of living from the Westgate Village Management team.

Water pipe breaks every month, they keep digging at the same place happily. Management is not concerned about the residents living and will have the standard template which says sorry for inconvenience.

We've lived here nearly 3 years. We've never had a major problem. We've had minor problems requiring the the help of the maintenance crew. The situations are always addressed quickly, effectively, and in a professional, yet friendly way. The grounds are nicely kept year around. When I have had a question or needed something from the office they have always gotten back to me in a timely manner. They are also always fast and efficient as well as professional and always friendly. The complex is kept clean. It's very quiet. My guess is that it's a little more expensive to live here than other comparable places. Particularly when one considers the age of the complex.But I think it's worth it to live where it's quiet, I am not afraid to come home after dark, I don't worry about my Amazon packages disappearing, and I know that any problems I have with my home will be taken care of immediately. It's worth the peace of mind. This is a great place to live!

I am a non-resident that was looking for parking last min. I called the office and left a voice mail while the office was closed. To my surprise i got a call back from the property manger Amber. On a closed office day and her day off she called me back and helped me not only find the best lot for me, but was also very kind and personable. West gate is very lucky to have such kind and helpful staff like amber !

Nice community and well maintained. Has decent parking lots and nicely maintained tennis court and kids open play area. Most of the issues are addressed by the management promptly. Residents portal available for creating any service requests.

I almost feel nostalgic as I write this review since we have spent 10 years at Westgate village apartments, Frazer PA. As I look back I have loads of happy memories. We had an incredible time as both our kids grew up in the community (my son graduated this year from Great Valley High School). The support staff is amazing, very courteous, warm and helpful. A special big Thanks to the maintenance folks for addressing our needs promptly over the years. We miss the place !

Lots of memories and good memories will stay with Westgate Village apartments.I have lived in this community since 2014. Lets get it straight, you will not find any other community situated in such a good location with good schools, CVS, Giant near by. The management do take pride in the beautification of the community with trees, plantations, swimming pools.Andrea and team are one of the nicest people you can get to deal with. I have had a very nice experience with them.Off course you will have issues inside your apartment, be it new blinds? New oven? New microwave? Clogged toilet? A single call or ticket and the maintenance folks used to rush. Big thanks to Kevin and Orlando/Ronaldo of Westgate! We are very satisfied with our 2 bedroom apartment and the staff that maintain the property.Andrea who works in the Leasing Office is always accomadating to any of our needs when we have any problems. She gets the work order completed in a timely manner so the job gets done efficiently and fast.She is always pleasant to talk to.This past summer our A/C did not work on the hottest day of the summer. Will and Jason from the Maintenance Department trouble shot the problem and got the unit working.Twice a year the staff puts together a party at Christmas in the Clubhouse (which you can rent for your own private function) and in the summer at the beautiful Swimming Pool with music and food.When our hot water heater needed replacement, Kevin and Orlando from the Maintenance Department had a new unit installed the next day.The maintenance Department is helpful replacing our HVAC filters and keeping the grounds clean.The amenities are good also. My wife and I use the pool and gym on a regular basis.The grounds are professionally landscaped and always look great.Kevin and Orlando helped with thesnow removal and keeping the sidewalks and streets safe are plowed and salted.I suggest anyone who is looking for an apartment or townhouse to rent to definitely come to Westgate Village Apartments first.Thank-you Staff.Tom & Donna Lengyel
