Molds on the tortilla. We tried to exchange but was told by the store manager that there nothing she can do because we didn't have the receipt and the customer service counter is closed. It was a WEGMANS branded item with bar code, what other proof does one need? We expected more from Wegmans but guess we were wrong.

Little fella who runs the floor polisher at night always seems to be pushing customers out. Almost ran over my foot last night. This was around 11:15. Place doesn't close till midnight. Gotta chill out a little bit there son. Decent store, just don't appreciate the threats to the feet!

I guess you could say I adhere to the rules of being insane because I have continued to keep Wegmans Malvern 50 Foundry Way as my Pharmacy for filling my prescriptions for the last 7 years, and each time expecting good results. However, more often than not, I am met with DELAYS to my prescription that could very easily have been avoided. Not just hours, I am talking DAYS. They have signs posted everywhere with all these awards they have supposedly won. Obviously these awards had to have been awarded to them BY THEMSELVES. The only reason I stay here is because it is close to my house, oh yeah, and I suffer from insanity. I hear there is a pill for that, but if I get the prescription for it filled at this pharmacy, I won't get it for about a week and BY THAT TIME I WILL NEED A STRAITJACKET. PLEASE HELP!!!!!AAAAAAARRRGGGHH!!!

This Wegman's is right around the corner from us. We went late at night to avoid the crowd. It was nice to see everything organized and in place. My husband and I were able to find items on our list pretty easily except for some Brillo sponges. Even though Wegman's is a little much for our price range, we enjoy going once a month for the variety and great options.

Wegmans is a nice country style grocery store but I do not or do not always would get there cooked food because it's not always good or fresh out the oven. Got there pizza and it was not what I thought it would have been. And I wanted 3 slices one slice of the cheese another slice of the pepperoni and a slice of the sausage I took a bite of the pepperoni and I stopped didn't want to take any more from the pepperoni or the other slices

I went to grab some sushi and a soup and I sat in the area where the fireplace is. I was plagued by fruit flies. It gave me such a dirty feeling that I trashed my food and left.

Made booster shot appointments for 10:30am thanks to the incompetence, sluggishness, and rudeness of the employee who I won’t name, we did not get our vaccines until 11:15. It felt like I was living the scene from Zootopia but the sloths were extremely unfriendly. Form was filled out incorrectly as I have a pre existing condition and was not sure what shot I should be getting (I’m not the doctor or pharmacist)- The employee gave me attitude about that and then proceeded to check the wrong box herself, causing more of a delay.I will say the pharmacist was friendly, but after the wait and headache this will no longer be my go to pharmacy and I would say go anywhere else for your Covid shot- you would probably wait less time even without an appointment.

Terrible store, out-of-stock on many items and high prices.Over a two week period, I bought the same items at Wegmans and Giant and I found Giant to be far cheaper.Just one example:6 bagels in a bag: $6 at Wegmans$3.50 at GiantWegmans is a rip!

Wegmans Malvern is my go to grocery store. They do get very busy but that's any Wegmans. The meat is always fresh, the veggies are always fresh and 99% of the time the shelves are well stocked. The people who work there are always friendly (especially the guy that stocks the produce Dept, he says hello to everyone). You can tell the people who work at Wegmans love working there and Wegmans takes good care of them. They also did a amazing job during the pandemic of reminding customers and staff to follow social distancing, wash hands and wear masks (they made announcements frequently). They now do not require masks. We frequently order instacart and dinner (they have great sandwiches and pizza). I do wish they would bring back the Asian bar but understand why they aren't. They also have a great beer and wine selection.

This store has really gone downhill. Shelves poorly stocked with many items missing. They wait until the store is busy and then block the aisles to restock. Lines at check-out with employees available but managers won't open more lines. Produce sometimes not fresh. Management's new standard seems to be "not as bad as Acme." The store was terrific when it opened but no more. Maybe they think we won't notice, or won't care. Wrong!

Ok pharmacy. Customer service could be better. Often feel like we were bothering them. Switched to another pharmacy across the street.

Not friendly attitude. Often had to wait 2 days for Rx. Changing back to CVS
