We had an incredibly positive customer experience while shopping for a new phone and in the capable hands of Will. He was personable, knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and facilitative. It completely changed our idea about what one can expect when being helped by a staff member. Will goes above and beyond to serve customers. So impressed!

I stopped in for a "stupid" question on my android. The gentleman was more than pleasant, fixed my issue, and didn't even blink as to how easy it was for him. It was appreciated and nice to meet someone pleasant these days!

I would give them negative. I have four words for them, rude, thugs, liars and horrible reps in the store. They received my phone few days back, I kept calling and they kept telling me that it is still not delivered. Had to complain to Verizon, Victra said they don’t have it, and then called me separately and said the phone is here. Not sure what the intention was. It’s better to drive a few miles and go to KOP company store.

I had to go into Victra to get a temporary mobile hotspot since the utility company outside my house accidentally cut my FIOS line and the repair time was 7-10 days. Anyone who works from home knows that temporary internet during that time is a must have.The Verizon help desk over the phone originally quoted me $160 for a month of service ($80 hotspot, $80 monthly charge with a data cap of 150gb).Once I explained the situation to the two gentlemen in the store, they came up with a much better, and cheaper, solution. They hooked me up with Verizon 5G home internet which is $35/mo (obviously I’ll only need it the 1 month) - and it has no data cap and 300mbps speeds. Best of all I can plug it into my existing router and all my devices come right back online. It’s been working great as a stopgap solution for the last few days until my fiber line can be repaired.Thank you Victra and Verizon employees!

Phone completely stopped working out of nowhere, was not planning to have to buy a new phone but Matt C. made the process a lot easier to bear. It was amazing customer service, got me set up with a new phone, case and accessories. He explained everything very well, patient and overall kind. I’m very appreciative for his help. It was an unexpected purchase but well worth it with the customer service assistance.

Let me start off by said I DREAD shopping for a new phone and Verizon in general. I decided to stop by this store and lisa was AMAZING. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything simply, and even gave me next steps and things to follow up on. By far the best Verizon employee I have ever met
