I really needed a bigger truck,but it was involved in a accident,so I had to rent 2 smaller trucks,but they did the job and I had to keep one of the trucks overnight. Customer service was great and I moved in my new place on time!

I have been trying to find an trailer light adapter for my van. Joe went above and beyond! He crawled on the ground under the van and tracked down the part and adapter I need. Great service!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR HITCH INSTALLATION. I scheduled a hitch installation and was told that it would take 1.5 hours. My wife brought her car and upon arriving at the location she was told that it would take all day, the customer service went downhill from here. I called the location and asked why they didn't just tell me that it would take all day, we would have planned around it. The person that answered the phone said let me transfer you to the general manager. After being on hold for quite some time someone finally answered but I quickly realized that the person who answered was a general U-Haul representative not a representative from this location. I explained to him what happened and we looked at other reviews of this location and discovered that this is a problem that happens regularly. He said that he would try to call this location so that we can talk to the general manager. He was just as dismayed as I was when this time no one answered. To make matters worse to add a review on the U-Haul website you need a confirmation number and I was blocked using my confirmation number so I could not add a review. I imagine that this locations rating would be much lower if people were not blocked from adding reviews. I did read other reviews that complained about the same problem, so they obviously know it is a problem and the general manager refuses to address it.

Great service. Huge lot with several options. Pick up was easy and people at the counter were helpful. Personal vehicle parking is available at back of the lot. Returning the vehicle was easy and is done in less than a minute. Entering and exiting the place is tricky though and can be time taking with the oncoming traffic.

Fast, very easy to get in and out. There are a lot of options to choose from and they make the whole process simple. They offer all kinds of extras but don't push them on you. I'd use them again, no question.
