“Wow. I called these folks out of the blue when I had a valve stem torn off of one of my rear tractor tires which were calcium filled. Other businesses I called wanted to come out to the field, remove the whole wheel with a 1 - 2 week turn around.
Baird and Rudolph had a service technician (Frank Chilte I think was his name) on-site, repaired the valve stem and didn't have any liquid spilled out of the tubeless tire)..... all within 4 HOURS of my initial call.
Ok, this doesn't sound like much but considering the fact that this wheel and tire weighs about 600 lbs, it was a field repair (literally) and Frank did it by himself.... that's impressive.
And by the way, they charged me about 1/3 what other businesses had quoted me.
I'll be using these folks anytime I need a service like this.

I dropped off my vehicle 30 minutes late for my 10am scheduled dropoff time on a Saturday and the staff told me my car would be ready by mid-afternoon but unfortunately it was only ready by 5:20pm that same day and only needed two services: an oil change + brake fluid exchange.
