We cannot recommend Dawn and Richard enough! They were exceptionally accommodating, thorough, and generous. Every step of our wedding planning was made easier by the awesome staff at the Farmhouse. We also received tons of excellent compliments on our food, which was prepared on-site by their amazing chef. They helped to put on a beautiful wedding.

Such a cool place for weddings. Grounds provide a plethora of photo opportunities. We loved all the string lights and dance floor. Highly recommend

Pretty surroundings. Delicious food. Accommodating friendly staff. Very cool outside seating area around fire pit with cool, funky, original, hand-crafted, punched-metal artwork lighting! Must be sweet to sit out there while enjoying a drink or two! This artwork also lights paths to building.

Came for a special Flight Night wine tasting and short act plays event. It was fun, three acts, three wines and bites, lively discussion in a perfect setting. I look forward to going back!

We used The Farmhouse at Peoples light for our September wedding, and they went above and beyond.Not only was food delicious, but they exceeded my expectations for my day. They went above and beyond with setting up any décor I provided, as well as adding additional touches like votive candles, etc.Richard and Dawn were very warm and inviting throughout the entire planning process, and open to answering any questions I may have had. After our day came and went, Dawn and Richard provided us with a personal touch gift drawing of the restaurant to frame and hang up. So thoughtful.Our day went off without any problems, and they were very accommodating in regards to weather changes and options as well.I would recommend using them for your wedding venue.

What a wonderful venue with great food and attentive staff! We held our son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner here. From the start Dawn and her staff were easy to work with in planning our special event. The servers/bartender were very attentive and professional. The space we used is so refreshing and casual. The food was so tasty! Pictured is the dessert - it we so yummy! I recommend The Farmhouse at People's Light to anyone wanting a special place for a dinner, shower, wedding, etc.

Tonight was our Grandson and his soon to be wife’s rehearsal dinner at The Farmhouse. What an amazing venue, the food was delicious, and the waitstaff was wonderful. Highly recommend for any special occasion! Can’t wait to go back and dine at the restaurant!

Amazing venue! Very thoughtfully designed facility both inside and out. Gardens are gorgeous. Staff could not have been more helpful. HIGHLY recommend. A real jewel. Location is fabulous. Can comfortably accommodate either small or large groups. Don’t pass up an opportunity to go visit The Farmhouse at People’s Light. You will fall in love.

Wonderful experience! From the help and support during the planning, to the final grand event, this venue succeeded everyone’s expectations, including our guests! Big thanks to Dawn and Richard for being so keen and attentive to details. Even after the wedding I had guests reach out to me to let me know how pleased they were with the service from the staff. I am so happy to have found this venue for our wedding and I will recommend it to anyone looking for a venue for their special event. Now, I can’t wait to go back to the restaurant side to celebrate our anniversary!

Service is good and food excellent. There is an accessible bathroom on the same floor as the main dining area. The other bathrooms are downstairs and down a long hallway. I felt like someone was going to come out of a side door and snatch me. I felt uneasy going to that bathroom. Otherwise I love the space here.
