Target really needs to stop advertising that your order will be ready for pick up within 2 hours. Once again I sent my husband to pick up after 2 hours of ordering and they cannot locate my order and haven't bothered to put it together. I'm about to start shopping elsewhere. This is not the first time this has happened.

One evening, I tried to find some early Fall decorations but was unsuccessful. Most of the employees were lovely though and helped me with my questions about where items could be located. The reason why I'm giving this review three stars is for two reasons. When I went up to the Starbucks counter, the woman told me she was not going to make a frappuccino even though there was still an hour left until closing. I also overheard some employees talking horribly about their customers. I know customer service might be tough sometimes but talk about it when you're not in front of other customers, please.

The customer service at the malvern target has always been exceptional. The employees go out of their way to assist customers, are friendly, and are attentive. Ace, an employee at the service desk, helped me locate my phone in the store and took the time to follow up. Their drive up/ pick up services are extremely fast, efficient, and accurate.

I was in 4 days ago and they have this station set up at the entrance with sanitizer and an employee that hands out masks if you need one. That is awesome! Unfortunately there was another employee standing in front of the station, which effectively put him right in front of the door, with his mask down showing off his beard. Even if Covid wasn't a concern at the moment the employees should know not to stand blocking access to the store.

Shout out to the gentleman, Wendell, who checked us out last week. My son saved his quarters per chores he's done and was so proud to buy his first gift. Wendall was so patient as we lined up all of the quarters and sincerely cared about this first time experience. He also followed Covid protocol perfectly - wearing a mask, keeping distant, and disinfecting the area. He was so kind and we'll never forget this experience. He thanked us for making his day, which we felt the same way likewise. Thank you, Wendall... I hope management from Target sees this!!

I love this target! I come here for all of my target trips, they are clean, friendly, fast, and are always stocked with all of my home and personal needs.

The Malvern store is my new go to with COVID. The aisles are wide, so we aren't packed in like some of the grocery stores. The cashiers are kind. If you go back often they will randomly get restocked with items such as Windex, Pinsol, etc. I've been getting some food there, and with Nordstrom closed I bought PJ's and some tank tops here. I am glad we have a Target nearby.

I wish there were more stars that I could give. During the pandemic (of 2020), I have been to this store twice and plan on going every chance I get. The very to this Target was quite early on during pandemic. The store was very clean and empty to say the least. I was looking for cleaning products. Even though that section was not fully stocked, I was able to purchase a few items, WITHOUT LIMIT. When I was checking out, the cashier, whom at first I forgot his name, was super pleasant. Now I like nice, but this guy was over the top WHICH IS EXACTLY LIKE ME. I want to say we talked (and prayed) for each other right in that moment. I felt "special". This man may do this to every customer but he wished me well on my upcoming return back to my job. "I FELT SUPER SPECIAL"!!!! ....Needless to say, I returned to this Target a month later, to again, search for some cleaning products, which they had, along with Scott Toilet paper, AGAIN NO LIMIT, and low and behold, the cashier which I made it my business to remember his name, WENDELL(I hope I am spelling it correct), was again, the nicest, most pleasant, cashier that I have ever had. I reminded him of our first encounter, which he smiled and said "Oh yeah" like he remembered(too cute) but even if he didn't, it was nice to have yet another pleasurable experience in this Target.

We came here to get a few things while traveling for work and stopped at the CVS inside too. We only needed a few toiletries and they had a large selection of travel toiletries (which we appreciated). We were also looking for some disinfectant wipes which we didn't find. Given that this was right before things got really bad with Covid-19, this wasn't surprising. Like most Targets, they have self check out which is always bonus points in my books. The parking/entrance is a little strange. You have to drive around the whole building to get to it. It seems like this could have been thought through better. It's a pretty standard Target and you know what you're getting.

It's a typical Target - Decent selection, a lot of variety but minimal staff. Be prepared to use the self checkout if you want to get out quickly!

My favorite target in the tri state area. Not only are the shelves always perfectly stocked, the employees are always there with a big smile! I often find myself hanging out here because of the positive atmosphere. Special thanks to Millie, a great employee who always improving my shopping experience. Honestly i just love target!

I am writing this review in store after having a bad experience with a manger. I was trying to return a product but was told that I could not because it has a manufacturer warranty and I had used the product and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. I asked to speak with the manager after the employee and the customer service desk told me that the computer would not let her process the refund. The manager, Terra, came to the front, called the manufacturer and setup a refund from the manufacturer, not taking into account the fact that waiting two weeks to get a refund is extremely unexpected and not even talking to the customer to see what the problem is is completely unprofessional and was probably my worst experience in a target ever

This was my first time in this location. I was very deceived when visiting because the exterior of the location is SO nice and looks brand new and although it appears that the interior has some updated features it looked kind of drab. However - this location was extremely clean, for the most part, and fully stocked! I have not seen such a near hosiery section. The clothing section seemed smaller in comparison to other stores but what they did have was well stocked. This store has a Starbucks and a pharmacy. The beauty section was also well stocked and had a lot of items on clearance. I did not check out their grocery or anything beyond the clothing/beauty departments so I can't speak to any other department. All in all, you'll get your Target fix by going here. It's your standard Target.

Called in the morning to see if they had a phone which was advertised as being on sale in stock. Initially noone from electronics answered the phone for 30 minutes. When I finally got someone, I was told noone could check as the person workjng the mobile area did not cover the area until noon and that something had to be unlocked fir access. In the background I could hear her talking with the person who was supposed to work the area who was apparently there but not scheduled to work in that section until noon. What a well run business! And great customer service! I told the woman on the phone that their store would lose business as I was going to buy 2 phones for my kids and I was now going to have to go to a Target store farther away which had already told me when I had called that they had the phones in stock. She basically said go ahead. There was nothing they could do until noon.
