Service not very customer friendly. Finally got what I wanted but did not feel I was dealt with properly or treated with much respect. They did what was right in the end - begrudgingly.

At first sight this is an appealing showroom, aerated with plenty of space to browse. The problems arose when we wanted more detail, like samples of finishes, handles, glass etc. The biggest disappointment was that we were not able to get an accurate quote for weeks. The salesperson did not know how to use the Marvin software so we kept receiving quotes with custom sizes that brought the price up for no reason. All we wanted was a standard configuration. Other firms proved to be more knowledgeable, prompt, and less pricey.

Went to the Malvern showroom this afternoon to look at doors. No assistance whatsoever from the staff— not even a greeting.

We have worked with Tague Lumber for years. Joe Simon is a great help when any of our clients are in need of windows and doors. Mike Kopec provides us with great service when we need lumber, trims, and other building materials. They always have prompt delivery and great products.

I worked with Mike at the Malvern showroom to plan out replacing an existing deck railing with a Trex Transcend "cocktail" railing. Tague has an extensive display of installed decking products on the side of their show room, which was helpful both for aesthetics and seeing the construction techniques first-hand.

Went in to get info about a type of door. Was greeted very nicely, given solid information, and was given a book about custom orders. Will definitely be back they were extremely helpful & pleasant to talk to.
