Absolutely amazing!!! My family and I are doing a short-term move to this location, and we couldn't be more thrilled! It's right in the heart of so much on the mainline, yet somehow it remains so peaceful and serene. Shawn and Claudine are the best ??

Do not be fooled by photos & high review average. I stayed for 2 nights in Feb 2024. The facilities are very old & poorly maintained. Service was friendly but poor: when I called for door lock dangling by 1 screw to be repaired, worker fastened 2 more screws (1 still missing) & left 4 on the floor; room was not cleaned & trash was not collected, when I called I was told to leave trash outside. Buildings visibly decrepit: peeling paint, holes in wall, hanging trim, broken lock, rusty & cracked concrete stairs. Vinyl furniture is peeling. Rooms seemed clean-ish but silly string residue left on walls, fridge, door trim presumably from previous party. Stinkbugs. Kitchen faucet sputtered & smelled foul, then chlorinated smell - we bought bottled water & threw out the berries we'd rinsed with nasty water. Fridge froze our food. Heat was extremely high in one bedroom, cold in the other. Light visible around external door, cold came in. Breakfast is very basic.
Rooms: Sufficient space, but in desperate need of repair.
Nearby activities: Lots of big box stores & restaurants in immediate vicinity: Wegmans, Target, Chipotle, Panera etc
Safety: The hotel seemed safe & quiet. Except for the broken door lock.
Walkability: There is a nearby walking path but no sidewalks directly from hotel. Best to park across street at Wegmans for direct access.
Food & drinks: Breakfast is not as pictured. It is not a hot breakfast. A staff member hands you items from behind the counter: bagged muffin or bagel, hard boiled egg, Jimmy Dean egg sandwich for you to microwave, Greek yogurt, granola bar, pre-packaged cereal bowl, orange, apple, banana. You can self-serve oj, milk, coffee, water.

Updates on review. We stayed here again exactly one year later and the place has gone way down. Everything is in disarray. Tons of chipped paint, desk chair is chipped too, most of the furniture is stained so much that you don't want to sit on it, the sheets are old and soiled with holes in them, shower handle is rickety and leaks the whole shower, all of the dishes are dirty. Even the back of the TV remote was all tape. Gym treadmill TVs don't work, treadmills themselves are on their last legs. The whole hotel needs a face lift. It has good bones but it's just starting to go downhill with the lack of maintenance and upkeep.

This is a nice place, but please keep in mind it is not a traditional hotel and this should be made clear in advertisements. We booked a stay here thinking it was a regular hotel, but it's more of an apartment complex extended stay. We liked that quality, the spaciousness, the ability to extend our stay up to two weeks in our time of need. However, going along with the extended stay mentality, they do NOT provide housekeeping on a regular basis and after repeated requests for it, last night, we had to change all of the sheets and towels ourselves, take out the trash, etc. This is standard practice at this hotel, but it is not advertised and it was incredibly frustrating for us to have to do that after such a long day. There are a handful of maintenance issues around the room - bathtub that fills, rusty shower rod, etc. Not a huge deal, but just important to know what you're getting into here. //
Rooms: Rooms were spacious but they were dated and need a major face lift.
Noteworthy details: Breakfast is so bad it's not worth entertaining.

Stayed here due to my dog needing specialty Veterinary care at a local facility. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was clean and very spacious. The kitchenette is why I ultimately chose this location, and it did not disappoint! Really pleased with the location as it was walking distance to stores and restaurants. The only critiques I would have are…the breakfast wasn’t great, but I came in knowing that and prepared most of my breakfasts in the room. Wasn’t even a big issue. Noise from the other hotel guests and the pickle ball center across the street (that doesn’t close until late, around 10-11PM) was the bigger problem I had. I had to put headphones on to drown it out. Overall though, I would recommend this location if you’re wanting a friendly location to stay with big rooms and amenities close by. I’d return.

The room was nice for a long visit due to having a kitchenette with dishes/pots and pans, living room, walk in closet and bedroom doors for privacy. The walls were a bit thin and a few people in adjacent rooms had pets which you could hear.

This place doesn't deserve a star. It was the filthiest place we have ever stepped foot in. The customer service was non-existent, the first room they gave us was had the door open for who knows how long, and the second room.that was given to us had a cockroach, a carpet that hasn't been cleaned in years with stains and junk all over it, ripped furniture and disgusting countertops. We didn't even get to the bathrooms because we left and got lodging somewhere else. I cannot say enough how disgusting this place was.

Giving this ??️ one star, is more than it deserves ?? everything here is tore up... BUGS EVERYWHERE!!! Rude employees...rude guests...rude locals..... Congested area adds to the complete dissatisfaction of this ??️ ...I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me a $159,00 a night

The 3 stars is just because it's not the most physically appealing place. The customer service was 5 stars. It did have a laundry mat on site which was very convenient for our stay. They had all the updated channels on tv! They provided pots, plates, bowls and utensils. The neighbors above us were very loud and rude but the property managers were all great

Would not recommend to anyone- the pictures online are probably from 10 years ago as the building and rooms are outdated, deteriorated, and gross. We booked two different suites and encountered different but equally frustrating issues with each. We also booked through VRBO- not sure why they would allow this dump of a place on their website.
For the first room, it smelled like cigarette smoke and the front door and stairway space was littered with cigarette butts, no effort by cleaning staff to even sweep them away. I tried to open the windows but two of the screens had holes in them which quickly let in insects, so we had to close up. Both showers had hair in them and miscellaneous hair around the bathroom. The paint around the bathroom was peeling off and there was clear issues with mold that they kept painting over. One of the pillowcases on the bed had makeup on it, not sure if the room hadn't even bothered to be cleaned or if this is how they come. We ended up only staying one night and then checking out early due to the smell and uncleanliness. They did return our money for the second night when we pointed out the issues above.
For the other room- the other part of our group came at 6pm (check in is at 4pm) and their room still wasn't ready, had to wait 45 minutes to get a room 'cleaned' and then were put in a different building than us, despite the rooms being booked together an assurance that they could be next to each other. Their room didn't smell as bad as ours but still wasn't clean.
The outside of the buildings clearly weren't cared for either. You could see the rot and mold and where they just kept painting over it. I felt bad because the staff weren't unfriendly but you could tell they get complaints a lot and like they almost know they're working for a shady place. Find another mid range hotel or spend the extra money and get a place where you can actually lay your head down.

Where to begin...The carpeting was filthy, stained, and worn away in spots. The vents and exhaust fans were covered in dust. The furniture is cheap nylon/plastic and worn away in spots. There are no baking pans/sheets, and no toaster. The dishes and cutlery were used/dirty. The shower had horrible water pressure. There were stains on the walls. There is no breakfast to speak of, just a couple grab-and-go items. I witnessed drug deals in the parking lot almost every day. The cabinets were sticky/dirty. The microwave and kitchen sink handles were both broken. And to top it off there was black mold in one of the bathrooms. Then, after check-out, Sonesta charged my card $333.25 for "pet fees" and cleaning (the irony!), claiming that my SERVICE DOG defecated in the room!! I of course told them that was categorically false and provided pictures of the suite from my check-in, PROVING that the carpet was already stained/damaged. They refused to give me my money back, even when provided with this irrefutable evidence. Wrongfully taking money from disabled people? Do better Sonesta.

Do NOT recommend at all. First room was disgusting - floor not swept and dirty, room smelled musty, hair in bathroom, stains everywhere and faucets that barely drained. The hotel is clearly dated but was dirty on top of it just clearly being old. Moved to a better room but still not great. Had some friends there with similar complaints on top of their pullout couch mattress being stained and filthy. We ended up checking out early and spending our final night at a Fairfield by Marriott that was clean and could finally relax in. On top of that, the pricing for this place was not any cheaper than area hotels. The Fairfield was actually cheaper. Did NOT expect this for a $150/night place. Only positive was they did work with us to get a refund, we just needed to have Expedia initiate it. My advice - spend the same amount of money and stay somewhere that’s not filthy.
Rooms: Outdated but also stained, dirty and musty.

Please invest in a cleaning company that will disinfect and clean the rooms after occupancy , the hotel rooms are very nice and I understand there's no daily room service but at least make sure there's no bugs inside the room or anything dirty, I'm not leaving a negative comment because I loved the place but it definitely needs better management
