I had my 2019 Toyota Camry serviced today, Nov. 8, at Sloane Toyota in Malvern. I drove my car into the bay without waiting. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a very kind, friendly gentleman who took my name, all pertinent information, and directed me to Fred, my service advisor. Fred was extremely careful to go over all of my requests. He even came into the showroom while I was waiting to give me an update. Checkout was seamless, with an extremely nice gentleman completing the transaction. Sloane Toyota... YOU CAN TRUST THEM TO BE THE BEST!!! Kathy Powell

Awful. After speaking with someone at close, on Friday night, via phone, made an appt to see a vehicle first thing in the morning. Explicitly stated I'm over an hour away but will be there first thing in the morning. Arrived at 9am, all sales associates were still in their morning meeting. Spoke with the associate as soon as they came out. Told me it was promised to another 9am appt. Tried to convince me to look at another car, 3 years older, with 20k more miles for the same price. Complete waste of my time and gas money. The explanation was ridiculous and proposed solution felt dishonest. Be wary of what they post online and promises they make.

I went over to Sloane Toyata in Malvern with my Son to look at buying a used car and found myself transported to every movie of customers getting attacked by land sharks, spoken down to and then attempts of railroading by multiple members of the Sales Team. I kept having flashbacks to being treated like Clark Griswald in the movie Vacation when he goes to pick up his new car and ends up with the Family Truckster. If a guy ever wants to know the pain that women go through of being "Mansplained", Sloane Toyota is your classroom. I can't even count how many times I repeated "Give me a break!" as there was no white lie too big for these guys as they would say anything to close the sale. It was so bad that I was unsure if the Salesmen had any clue how abrasive they were or they just thought that I was a Fool that needed to be parted from my money. Either way, I headed up to CarShop in Eagleville where they had great used cars coming off lease and no BS from a Eugine Levy type Used Care Salesman needing to make their monthly quota.

We have been loyal Toyota owners for decades. We bought a 2022 RAV4 Hybrid on November 25. 2022 and were only given ONE key for the car. We were told at the time that Toyota would send us the second. It has not happened even though we have asked about it many, many, many times. What if we lose our ONE key? We are very, very upset about this 8-month and counting wait for the second key. If you want to buy a new car, you may want to skip Toyota.UPDATE 08/24/2023: We heard from Sloane Toyota, Ed Toto called and asked us to come in. He arranged for a key specialist to be at Sloane Toyota Malvern to create our key fob, it only took approximately 20 minutes at no cost to us. While we are very pleased to now have our second key, we do think it unfortunate that it took eight months for the solution. Everyone at Sloane Toyota Malvern has always been pleasant and professional and the 2022 RAV4 Hybrid is an excellent car.

I had a great experience buying a 2020 Toyota Tacoma from sales rep, Frank Straface. I'm really happy that he helped me through the purchase since he never pressured me and provided me with whatever information that I needed to make my purchase decision. He's got a good personality and is easy to do business with. He will be my go to sales rep should I get another vehicle from Sloane Toyota in the future or should I need to refer a family/friend.

I'm a Toyota Tundra enthusiast. I've owned 2 over the last decade and used Sloane to service my vehicle for years. Around Feb 2021, I gave Ramiz Khalaf a $500 down payment to reserve a new '22 TRD Pro in Black at MSRP. I heard back in June '22 that if I still wanted a Black TRD Pro I'd have to pay $5k over MSRP. No explanation or apology. This is not how ethical businesses act and was very disappointing as I've always admired Toyota. I will never use Sloane Toyota and suggest getting any agreement in writing.

I drove 3 hours to come here for a car and made an appointment with Ed , he tells me WHEN I ARRIVE the car is no longer available after waiting 20 mins inside... horrible service and salesmen .. do NOT COME HERE !!! They will lie to you and waste your time. Very nasty attitudes and not worth it. I will be contacting the manager with this issue.

Sold us a used car that needed a $700 repair less than a month after driving it off the lot. WELL DOCUMENTED issue with the Thermostat. So well documented that there is a wait list for the OEM replacement part. Only aftermarket parts are available. Only thing that pissed me off more than having to pay to get it fixed is having found out after the fact how easy it is to replace it yourself.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This service experience was my first one on a car I purchased from them 29 days prior, it was an experience from hell! My service advisor Bassam was on the phone when I walked in after wishing he passed me to Alex. I was their for my roof rack to be tighten. I was told I had to drop the car off and come back. Fast forward 4hours later, my car is still not done. I called again 1/2 hr later asking for an update, Bassam said my roof rack on new car needed to be fully replaced must of been loose when I purchased it from Toyota but they would not fix or replace for me at any discount. He stated I should of had the correct tool to tighten the rack as they are different and his technicians do not have the correct tool. I said I would come to pick my car up. I picked up my car my roof rack was damaged, I was told it was due to them using the best tool they could find but Bassam stated as he told me they did not have the tool for my roof rack. I turn right out of the parking lot and my roof rack part flew off, I was less than a block away. I turned right around to the lot and asked for Bassam, he rolled is eyes and I asked why my part was more loose and even damaged then when I came in for service. He said sorry can't help you, but a new roof rack. I went to another Toyota location with the part that flew off and it was tighten in 4 minutes no charge and no new roof rack needed. I love my car I purchased just not the after purchase service. Do not spend you hard earned money at Toyota of Malvern!

Had my truck serviced and I was told there was a problem with the rear breaks only. The truck has 15,000 on it. The front breaks go bad before the back usually. So I brought the car to a mechanic and he said that it's a stuck caliber slide. The mechanic use to work for a toyota dealer. So I contacted the service manager Dennis H. by phone 5x and never received a phone call back, then I e mailed him almost 2 weeks ago and nothing. At least he could of called back. This lets me know what kind of dealership and how they treat their customers. I have purchased 5 Toyota's but now I have to rethink toyota especially Sloan Toyota. I do not want to deal with this dealership again, they are horrible.

I notice all the bad reviews for this dealership. I won't be taking my 2022 Highlander there for service after what I have read. They were to detail my suv before I took it home. I found plastic still on the passenger door. The floor mat for the third row was in the seat. My salesman Jay was sort of a smart mouth. He did not want to stay past his quitting time to do my deal. He ended up doing it. I think a manager Ed helped out. He was very kind in helping me finish the deal that evening. The salesman wanted me to wait until the next morning. I can not express the thanks I have to Ed for all of his help. When it was time for me to go home the salesman Jay quickly told me a couple things about the suv. It was not helpful, and he quickly got out and went inside. I had to learn all the information on how to do everything on You Tube. Don't use Jay!

Another great experience with Sloane.
