A newbie employee was helping me with a somewhat challenging request today, and he was able to get quick, helpful direction from his 2 co-workers that was spot-on and solved a PDF blow-up problem I'd been struggling with on my at-home printer/copier for a while---they produced a digital enhancement of the file and thereby provided a 200% sizing of a PDF.
