Every time I come to this bank nothing is working and no one can help me. Today the lady was very rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to ask a question. I just wonder why it’s there if it’s not servicing anyone with tellers or ATMS?

No debit card printing service, no check cashing or depositing service, atms frequently don’t work, and there’s typically only one person available and they usually have to send you somewhere else.

Second time I've had the pleasure of working with Jovonis Gore, Senior Branch Banker. Never thought I'd ever write a review for a bank, but Jo's service is so exceptional, how could I not? Professional, friendly and efficient, Jo is awesome!

This Bank location is completely useless. It's just an ATM. I drove all the way there and I needed more money than ATM could give me so then I had to drive all the way to an exton location. It should be in the description of this bank that there is absolutely no teller so people don't waste their time

Not a real bank! They are a “cashless bank”. Thus you can’t withdraw or deposit money. Very bad idea from PNC executives.

If you DO NOT HAVE A BANK CARD YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT! They do not accept cash deposits! This branch is USELESS! GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH THAT ACTUALLY HAS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and ACTUAL TELLERS!!!!

Extremely thankful to have gotten a hold of Fred when I called this morning. I was stressed thinking my account type would begin charging me and I do not have the funds to support that, Fred answered all my questions and very patiently worked with me to assure me I wouldn’t have to pay any extra fees. Thank you Fred!

This branch is so slow. They have zero desire to please the customer. This is THE WORST branch to do business with. Avoid at all costs!!

Walked into the PNC Malvern Branch today with two checks totaling more than $70,000 for deposit into my personal account. I forgot to bring my eye glasses with me and I don't carry my bank account number around with me for obvious reasons, so I asked the person depositing the checks to write in the information for me. He abruptly told me that he can not do that and that it was a policy. They had done this for me ever other time I had come into the bank to make a deposit. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD!! Guess they don't want my money!!
