First time coming to this nail place and wanted to try chrome. Currently bleeding from my gel manicure. Almost put on blue instead of the pink I asked for and forgot to do chrome. The paint is not even at all. Will not be coming back sadly.

best nail salon in the malvern/west chester area! everyone is so nice and talented. they can do any design that you may want. we've been coming here for about 3 years and they've never disappoint. these are just some of the sets i've gotten from them

I’ve been coming to Paradise for well over 5 years now and they never miss. They always have the colors i want, can always do a design i want, the shape, thickness, how long the nails last are all 100%. Anytime there is a new technique or trend they will always have the supplies for it! All of the staff remember you like family and i love that! My gel manicures typically last 3 weeks and my refill acrylics last a month. Gel pedis last at least 2 months. LOVE THEM!
Requested style: Any time i ask for a special requested “Pinterest” style they do not hesitate. They will always perfectly match the colors, make sure to ask if i want the shape in the photo or if i want a different shape. They replicate the requested style perfectly!
Cleanliness: The tables and pedi chairs are always clean. In the summer they could turn the AC down a little cooler.
Stylist: All of the stylists are great. I’ve had almost all of them do my nails.

I've been a loyal customer of Paradise Nails for 5 years since I moved out here. While Kim and most of the technicians do a wonderful job the man named Daniel who works there does not. He did a dip for me on Monday and by Friday the corners were chipped and breaking. This isn't the first time I've pointed out an issue with him and I started calling ahead and asking for Kim to avoid having him do my nails. For $70 plus tip a dip should last at least 2 weeks. It's very disappointing. Unfortunately, I guess it's time to try somewhere else.

I can’t recommend Paradise enough. I’ve been there twice now since I only get my nails done for fancy events. They’re so friendly + they always deliver almost exactly what I want with the more complex designs I ask for + their prices r so low compared to other salons i’ve been to! I’m also guilty of leaving my nails on for 3+ weeks and none of the nails have ever lifted or broken in that time period. (I don’t have an actual pic of the pink nails so i cropped another ?)

I have found my new favorite place! I’ve only been twice but both times, I left so pleased with my nails. They are very busy - only because they are so good! Great customer service and a clean environment. The prices are reasonable too. They do amazing work!

I love paradise nails! Staff is friendly, environment is always clean and relaxing. My nails are always sturdy and strong, and within the past two years only broke one nail (I'm very clumsy so that says something). Kim did my nails for my engagement photos and I couldn't be happier with them!
