“We were looking to upgrade our current mattress and like anyone we were scared of being overwhelmed by the pressure of the salesperson. Gina was wonderful! She gave us our space but checked in on us. We took a mattress quiz so it helped to fine tune what we would be looking for at that store. We did not buy anything our first visit but at no point did we feel the pressure to either. For that reason, we came back and purchased through Gina and overall had a positive experience.”

“Went shopping for a new master bedroom mattress on Black Friday. We got just the right amount of attention from Dwight (I guess it helps that lots of people buy mattresses online now). We were unwilling to make such a major purchase without feeling the mattress for ourselves--no matter what the supposed return policies are for the online vendors.We were able to spend more than an hour trying mattresses. Dwight checked on us regularly, answered questions, helped us understand the differences. He never tried to upsell us--if anything he kept pointing out options at the lower end of the price range. We never felt pressured.Overall it was probably the best experience I've ever had shopping in-store for a mattress.”
“I was along for the ride with a family member while he was shopping for a king mattress. Our first visit was to gather information, and Brian did a sleep analysis on the machine and then did a thorough job explaining and showing us why he would do best with a softer mattress. He also explained the advantages of buying from Mattress Warehouse and what sets them apart from their competitors (there are many, so see or call store for details). That, combined with the excellent customer service, brought us back to Mattress Warehouse to make a purchase. On our return visit we dealt with Nancy, who was truly a pleasure to work with. She also really knew her stuff! After debating between two similar mattresses, the day after the purchase a decision was made to switch to the more expensive one. “Casper beds are great, but pricey! Reminds me of the adage: "you get what you pay for!" I like the fact that the sales rep took his time to explain all the features for the mattresses, pillows and bed frames. He even encouraged (my wife and I) to lay on the display bed(s) to experience the comfort level and massage features! After our visit here, we're seriously considering upgrading to a king sized Casper bed unit!”

“Melissa was such a pleasure to work with! She greeted me upon my arrival for an end table set, she showed me how to read the tags, and let me look. I typically dislike furniture shopping because I feel like I am being watched nonstop and hounded to get more by sales people. She let me do my thing, was around to answer questions, and very sweet! She was so personable and I felt comfortable sharing my situation with her and I ended up getting a bedroom set, mattress, and end tables! Her personality makes her a great fit. I would highly suggest working with her when you go in.”

“Originally went to The Dump which is located next door and were so dissatisfied with the prices and lack of customer service that we left and went to M and M! So glad we did because this place is great! The owner is so friendly and professional. Prices blow away The Dump and its more organized and easy to find what you need and want. Lots of styles, colors, fabrics, finishes and sizes of furniture to choose from. You will find what you want here. We got huge 10ft x 10ft sectional sofa & over sized ottoman (plush soft fabric); 3 Queen size BR sets (bed, dresser, mirror and night stand); 2 Queen size mattress and box spring sets and a cool bird cage lamp for less than 6,900 dollars delivered! We got a nice discount for buying so much which was equal to a little more than the cost of delivery so it's like we got delivery free of charge. That's great! I will go back when I need anything else.”
“I love small businesses as opposed to big box stores. The largest differences come by means of personalization. We were met at the door by the owner with a hello & you must be "my first name". I'm "his first name". We talked a bit about what we were looking for & were then introduced to several products. We were given all kinds of options as means to pay should we find what we wanted. We also made new discoveries & discussed the choices. This company is by appointment only & the owner leaves an hour to work with each customer. It's a far cry from watching disgruntled, underpaid sales people in malls stand around doing nothing & knowing about as much. I give this place 5 stars with high recomendations.”

“Ordered our mattress a few years ago and put on our box springs...which was ok but didn't work well after some time as it was too heavy for the frame and even though we reinforced with boards it sagged. We just ordered and installed the steel platform frame and mahogany headboard and it's souch more comfortable. Love it!”

John W. reached out in less than 5 minutes to notify me that they had this one in stock and could be delivered to our home in two days. I’m so pleased with the quick response and overall delivery time. John was incredibly helpful and pleasant; he made this stressful situation so much better. We purchased a washer and dryer from Gerhard’s a couple years ago as well. We will continue to use Gerhard’s for our major appliance purchases.”
