The staff and management team at Malvern Collision are top notch! They are attentive, talented and fairly priced. I have had several experiences that required their services and while it's never great to have a reason to call them.....it's incredibly comforting knowing that my vehicles and I are in good hands!

I would give these guys an absolute -5 star review!! Absolutely horrible communication, they told me they're reassembling the car last Thursday, so then I call on Monday they tell me all they have to do is clean it and do a walkthrough and they'll have it done by Tuesday Afternoon. I call them on Tuesday and apparently they're reassembling it again? So I don't know what games these people play but I would avoid them and go somewhere else for sure! I don't appreciate the dishonesty Especially when I have no means of transportation. Definitely not going back! At this point I'd have been better off doing it myself which I should have done!

A deer came out of nowhere and I tried to swerve out of the way. Unfortunately I clipped it on my passenger side. It pushed in the molding on the bumper and the reflector was broken. I went to Malvern Collision to discuss how to repair it. Mike came out to my car to do an estimate. He said why don't I just try and fix it right now. I was surprised that he just brought it into the shop and fixed everything back in alignment at no charge. Then Mike ordered a new reflector for me to replace the following week. When I got there they quickly fixed it and my car looks great again. Everyone at Malvern Collision are great. Great communication and very helpful. I will definitely use them again in the future if I have any car issues. If you are looking for a place to trust with your car, trust this place. They are awesome.

Replaced my trunk a couple of years ago. The paint is already peeling. Cheaply done. Wouldn’t never use this place again. Way better collision people in the area.
