Just got a 2017 Kia Forte from JB, couldn't have been happier. He was timely, friendly, and clearly cares for the people he works with. Go here if you are looking for a different kind of experience getting a car, one that focuses on you and what is best for you. Edgar Floyd is also another great individual at the location who helped expedite the process and made sure everything went off without a hitch. I can't praise the team here enough.

Reached out to them about 2-3 weeks ago via an online service request for a multi-service order (I needed about 9 services, including getting my brakes and rotors replaced; I would be providing all the parts) and no one has called me back. I called them the day of my request submission and the day after, still nothing.
I really liked coming here to get my services done and it sucks that I have to find somewhere else to take my vehicle going forward.

I took my vehicle in for service and repairs on April 1st. It is now July 3rd and I still don't have my vehicle back. This whole experience has been a nightmare. No one wants to communicate when you call, they never have answers for you when you ask what's happening with your vehicle or want to give you a definitive call back time and date. Best of all when dealing with their service manager he'll tell you he'll call you right back and never does. This vehicle is under warranty and still isn't repaired, leaving me a seriously ill disabled female without any form of reliable transportation to get to many appointments with specialists as well as chemotherapy. I can't food chop, I can't go to the doctors, I can't even pick up my granddaughter, without it costing me a fortune in either Uber cars or rentals. My son has had to consistently cancel his plans to try to help me. This whole situation is completely unfair. I absolutely will never do business with these people again nor would I ever recommend Alfa Romeo Jeff d'ambrosio to anyone.

I worked with Joseph Miller to get my vehicle inspected. It was an easy process, in and out. While I was there, I got to see some really nice vehicles. My plan is to come back and do a test drive! Everyone was really nice to work with, from sales, to customer service, to the parts/service dept. I even saw the owner himself in there working. I totally recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car! And if you're looking for a car, ask for Joseph Miller. He will definitely find something for you!

I worked with Joe to facilitate the purchase of my new 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia . Joe went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied, along with Hassan the finance manager making sure that the financials worked out. Granted I’ve only had this car one day but I’m ABSOLUTELY in love with this car. Assuming a good few years with just regular service, I can’t even imagine me driving anything else ever again. I also will only buy from D’ambrosio in Malvern! Thanks !

Ive been a customer at Jeff D'Ambrosio for many, many years and will continue to be one. You dont just buy a car from them you become part of a family. I just brought a used Subaru from them that I love!! Everyone is always so nice and accommodating ! If I ever had an issue they handled it timely and effectively . Joel and Joe Miller made sure I got the car I wanted. They are truly the best. If you ever need a car go see Joe "Miller time" he will make it happen he is the best salesman !

I absolutely adore everyone here, everyone is so welcoming and very understanding of what you’re looking for. My family has been getting cars from Joel for years, and he has never let us down. I was helped by Elvin, he knew my love for the color green and ended up going with an Alfa Romeo Stelvio in a gorgeous dark green. From the beginning he was always putting my needs first, from showing me the features of the car, to test driving, and to even accommodating to my crazy work schedule for paperwork. There’s nothing they won’t do to make sure you’re being taken care of! If you’re in the market for a new car or even used please check them out they’re wonderful!
