Steve was in the shop on a very snowy day and he helped me out extensively. Ink Spot saved me at the last minute when a well-known online printer failed to finish my company's brochures - despite having a week to print them. He got the whole job finished in a single day, and I can't thank him enough. The big online guys may be cheaper, but you can't beat having someone there who will take the time to talk with you and make sure everything comes out great. Highly recommended!
