“Where to even start ! I recommend people to Matt on a regular basis! I met Matt about 15 yrs ago. He was my Grandmother's insurance agent. And I was recommend to him. Life comes and goes and I switched insurance when I moved and got married to liberty mutual. After years of coverage I knew something wasn't right. So I called Matt and asked if he was licensed in delaware and to get me a quote. Matt got me a quote and basically got my home owners policy for free.
