My fiancee had a bad experience in this spa today. She went in for a nail treatment and the man working there just said no. No explanation of a scheduling issue or an issue with the service. Just no. My fiancee left and went somewhere else. I recommended this spa to her because I had been here before and had gotten good service and it's very close to the Desmond hotel, where we are having our wedding reception. We planned on using this location for the Bachelorette party with a large group of women. I guess we will send our money somewhere else.

I moved to Malvern two years ago and they have been my go to spot. It is clean and the employees are friendly. I usually schedule a time in lieu of walk-in and have never had to wait. I do mani-pedis and eyebrow waxing and tinting.Services: Nail art

I've been going here for years and was treated badly by a nail technician I ended up Googling nail salons near me right in there location. I ended up going to Better Nail salon and it is better. Nobody was rude to me there. Great Valley Spa and Nails Last my business and any referrals in the future.

Do not go here. They don’t honor appointment times and are always running late. Since they’re always running late they rush and don’t do a good job. I just left here and spent $70 for my nails to look terrible. Jen did my gel manicure, the nails were cut too short, there’s blemishes in the polish from rushing and not paying attention. She was being rushed at the end to move on to the next person. I’ve given this place multiple chances and I definitely won’t be back. I recommend you go to another place, not worth the money.
