From the moment I first called to when I drove away these guys were nothing but friendly upfront and helpfull. I purchased a Nissan Altima this morning and the process was not only quick and easy but as a younger first time buyer I felt no pressure to buy all my questions were answered along with ones I didn't even have they even lowered the price after I made my offer because I didn't realize the window had in issue. Both Dave and Rob were very great to work with. I came up to look at a used eclipse a few weeks back and the no pressure approach made me feel very glad, as some places try to talk you into buying a car you don't necessarily want. There were some things they wanted to fix for us before we brought it home, and even helped find a place to get a loan. Once the car was finished, they were very patient with my timing of picking it up, even staying later to make sure we didn't have any additional questions. Thanks guys for a great experience, and for helping with the new convertible top I wasn't used to!

We all know used car prices are high at the moment, but this place has taken it to a whole new level. How can you justify charging $38,000 for a used Ford Maverick that is $25,000 brand new with delivery!?I thought the $5,000 markups by Ford dealerships for NEW models were absurd but Gordon Motor Cars takes price gouging to a whole new level.I honestly feel horrible for anyone desperate enough to overlook your insane markups.

I need to start this with a simple fact, I am a very tough customer. When I first encountered David at Gordon, we had a bit of a miscommunication. I have never worked with anyone who so diligently sought to remedy a problem that wasn't his. David called us with updates, followed through with everything he said and we will be customers for life.
