We visited this location not realizing that it's not a retail store (It's just a warehouse facility). Regardless, their onsite manager, August, let us ask questions and even grabbed a couple strollers from the warehouse that we were interested in. He was the only employee there (it was a Saturday), and he had other work to do, still he very patiently and kindly answered all of our questions and told us about the company. We ended up buying a stroller that they had in the warehouse. GoodBuy Gear, I can't overstate what an asset August is to your company. Keep him around!

I have ordered several items for my daughter. I love this company!!! And their customer service is excellent!! I typed in the wrong address, and Kirsten worked to get the items to the right place.

I always check this site before I purchase a baby item. They have great customer service and ship quickly. I was able to get an item that typically costs $300 for $38 with all working parts, in great condition.

Goodbuy Gear is amazing! We bought an open box camera from them and unfortunately the camera had a tiny glitch in the video. I emailed Randi from customer service to coordinate a replacement. Not only did he promptly send us a new one, but he also did not require us to send in the current camera. Now we have an extra camera to donate or use. I was really impressed with the response time and resolution of the issue. I will definitely be buying from them again and recommending them to others.

I absolutely love the business model for Good Buy Gear. Not only do they recycle great products, but they handle much of the legwork, too! I bought a high end used stroller I was so excited to get my hands on. When it arrived a critical piece had broken in transit. I sent a few pictures to the return department and I worked with Katie to try and fix and possibly repair it. Unfortunately, after some research it was decided that the stroller could not be repaired, so they delivered an excellent replacement for the stroller I had initially purchased. It was packaged very well, and even came in the color I originally wanted but couldn’t find! Katie was so professional and courteous and I felt very comfortable working with her. I’ve never had better customer service, this is an excellent and trustworthy company.

Was worried when ordering that this might not be legit but the prices were 50%+ cheaper buying open box here than buying new and after reading other reviews I figured I’d give it a shot. Bought 2 Tiny Love play mats ($110, $70 new - got them on here for $60, and $40) labeled open box. They came clean with all the pieces and I couldn’t be happier. So happy I saved the $80 by ordering through here. I also got a swaddle and a pacifier clip to get the total up for free shipping - also both new in perfect condition. I ordered Friday and it showed up on my doorstep Tuesday. I’ll be a returning customer.

I worked with Goodbuy Gear in Alexandria, VA. I had a fantastic experience with the pick up service as well as the actual posting and sale of my products. I listed for items and they all sold in about a month. I will definitely work with them again.

Have had only two experiences with GoodBuy Gear and both have led me here to this review. About two months ago I was thrilled to find the stroller I wanted on this website complete with full stroller system! However, after a few days of use we noticed an apple AirTag on the stroller and reached out and they simply told us to throw it away. I explained this was a major safety concern as these people have now seen our address and what our daily walk schedule looks like… never heard a word back. I decided to try the other side of their business and sell some items back to them. The setup for this was easy enough but despite having a window for pickup, the driver arrived 15 min ahead of that window. They took about a week to inspect the items and then came back and told me the condition of the bassinet wasn’t good enough for resale and they would be donating it. However, the bassinet was literally never used. It was part of the stroller system I purchased from them just two months earlier, and I have twins so the bassinet was never used because it could not hold them both. Buy and List on marketplace and spare yourself from dealing with these clowns.
