Excellent experience from beginning to end. Adam made our appliance purchase as easy as possible, followed up conscientiously, and responded promptly when we discovered the cooktop we'd selected didn't fit. Gerhard's quickly assigned us a new delivery date that accommodated electrical work needed before installation. We were impressed by how well the sales and delivery departments communicate. This was our first purchase from Gerhard's, and they will be our appliance dealer from now on.

Sally was extremely helpful in explaining different fridge and induction cooktop models to us, as this was our first time buying a new home appliance. We never felt rushed and had a great experience. I have no doubt we’ll return for all our appliance needs in the future!

Purchasing kitchen appliances cannot be any easier. Their website is easy to use to find specifications like measurements, capacities and features. Michael at the Malvern store called me directly and went through our order list, to make sure everything was correct to verify what was needed for the delivery and installation. I would not hesitate to purchase at Gerhard's again!

Ordered dishwasher on Monday night and was delivered On Wednesday morning. Fran was great path the store and our installation went smoothly and the installer was wonderful as well. Will be back if I need other appliances.

Went in this morning to look at refrigerators Bill was our salesman and he was the best! I told him exactly what I wanted and he found us just that even walked out buying a dishwasher!!!!

Was looking for a solution to remove my stovetop and replace it with a gas oven range. Christina was very helpful and recommended and worked with the contractor to find a solution. In addition helped me find the best gas oven option. Christina was very helpful, professional and friendly. Great selection - full range of options. Would highly recommend Gerhard!
