If there is one review you will take into consideration, let it be this one. Do not live here. My son spent a year here and the amount of issues him and his roommates ran into is outrageous. Not only are the apartments old, but they are not taken care of AT ALL. There were mice in the walls, cockroaches in the rooms, and constant maintenance issues that were never resolved. He had packages stolen as well as packages just missing because there is no organization within the management team. Please do yourself a favor, do not live here.

I was going to rent here temporarily. I still might. The grounds need to be landscaped better the grass is terrible smh not sure what it is and if they are going to charge this much there needs to be a washer and dryer in every unit and those hallways need to be painted and cleaned up. It doesn’t take that much to do it. The office staff is incredibly nice and they communicate well. Most office people are rude but these people are great. I met the maintenance person he was helpful as well. Decent work out room and close to Malvern but I can’t pay $1900 and come home feeling like I don’t love everything about my surroundings. I will consider in the future!

I moved to this apartment recently, but it's in poor condition. The leasing office said they only do paint and carpet changes every 7-8 years. The apartment maintenance staff is not responsive and neglectful in their duties and hardly replaces faulty appliances. I'm paying almost $2000 in rent, but the apartment isn't worth $1000.Residents are not a priority to the leasing office staff, and they are impolite in their behavior. In order to take money from residents, they are always first, but in providing services, they never listen to residents. They always have excuses available that maintenance people working on other priorityIf you ask why the office people have neglected the community's condition, they will say that they are in process of selling the property.they don't want to put money and effort into maintaining the condition of the communityGuys, please don't consider this apartment . The rent is super high, and the services are zero.We had 1:1 meeting with lease office staff( name- sean, trisha and online call with Lynn)not once/twice but multiple times. We came to agreement that whatever issue we will report get address in 1 or 2 days. But we have completed 3 weeks and no issue resolved . So, they reply on message politely and when dealing with them, they are so rude and disrespectful peopleJust to give one example- i amHaving water leak in both toilet which is kind of emergency request which i put, almost 3 days past and no more came to address emergency request. So this is best example that they don’t care about people life in you are in emergency situations as well. I observed couple of issues like these in last 3 weeks so providing true feedback. I wish i can reach out to there management team who is actually handling this property and report all these laziness i am observing from lease office people as well as maintenance. One more incident where i sent them 10+ emails related to apartment and never received any response from any property manager

The people at the leasing office are very nice. Maintenance always comes quickly whenever there is a fix needed. I want to make that clear because I want to give credit where it’s due. But what is the deal with these huge dead trees? For the past year I have observed several decaying trees drop huge branches onto the grass below. These branches impale themselves into the mud. I don’t walk under these trees if it’s windy, because you never know. The landscaping crew (and sometimes I) will drag these branches over to the perimeter fences to get them out of the way. But there they just pile up. I saw one dead tree get removed. It got removed because it was close to the perimeter fence, and ran a risk of dropping branches onto a neighboring yard. It was removed because it was a liability. But the branches that might fall on the residents while we walk our dogs are no concern. This just seems really cheap to me. Remove the trees already- before they literally tip over and crush one of the buildings or a car.

Dryer has been broken in one of the buildings, office doesn’t care even with many e-mails sent. Office only contacts to remind about rent.

Office and maintenance staff are very helpful. I have lived here 47 years. There have been many changes; some good ,some not so good. Lights not in parking lot for about 3 years is not acceptable. It is a safety issue. Parking is not good in some lots. Parking in fire lanes etc. Overall, I would not live elsewhere. Love it here

"I recently moved into this apartment complex and have been thoroughly impressed with the amenities and services provided. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive to any requests or concerns. However, I would like to request the management to consider providing 24/7 gym access for the residents.I find it challenging to balance my work schedule and fitness routine during the limited gym hours. Having 24/7 gym access would greatly benefit me and potentially other residents who have similar fitness goals. It would provide us with the flexibility to exercise whenever it suits our schedules and also eliminate the hassle of finding alternative workout options outside of the complex."

I have lived in frazer for a year and a half now. I am in a 2 bed room and 1 bath with a washer and dryer. The apartment is well kept but some of the amenities are wishy washy sometimes. We’ve also had a few problems and the leasing office fixed them in a timely and efficient manner. Having access to the pool, gym, and tennis courts is also nice.
