I called the shop and spoke with Brittany, asking how I could freshen them up. She immediately wanted to make it right and told me she was having a fresh delivery the next day . By 10 am I was delivered another spectacular arrangement with all full size roses and an apology note. Incredible flowers and customer service!”

Not only did she make a great arrangement but offered a variety of ribbons to keep them together. She even offered us a water source to keep the flowers hydrated. “Door people who say things about a bad smell and fruit rotten and I saw a post that someone said they put the fruit basket in the fridge rite away YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU OPEN THE FRUIT BASKET! You can not leave the clear cellophane intact. You have to open it right away. Did you ever buy fruit in a bag or plastic container that didn’t have holes in it for air circulation? I never did. They wrap it like that to keep everything in place and to make it look pretty since it is a gift!”
