Terrible hotel. Lobby stinks, hallways stink, rooms stink. Our first room smelled like a deep fryer. Our second room had no AC and the fridge didn’t work. They put us in a third room that had one full sized bed. Room still smelled. The staff did their best, but the hotel is a wreck. Ended up checking out after one night and getting refunded for our stay.

I booked this hotel for a weekend stay. It was absolutely disgusting. The automatic doors were broke the moment I went to check-in. The lobby smells horrific like lettuce and cigarettes. The rooms are seriously outdated which isnt that big of a deal. However, the moment I opened the bathroom door there was a roach crawling on the wall next to the bathroom mirror in the picture I included. The exact next day, there was yet another roach crawling on the wall, with another smaller roach crawling on the floor. The keycards stopped working not even after 24 hours. This place is disgusting I would not do it for any price. The best part about my stay, was leaving. I immediately threw my clothes in the washer the moment I got home.

Checked in and the room has no AC. Can't do anything about it. Requested service. Another room. No fan. Front desk doing nothing.
Rooms: Awful... No AC. Will not refund

From: Cheyenne.Since the day I arrived and booked my stay, Luis has exhibited behavior that I find unprofessional and unwelcoming. I did not interrupt him while he was with another guest on my first day. He was actually done speaking to the guest before I asked to use the hotel cart.
I
On the first day of my arrival, he questioned me unnecessarily about my payment method for the hotel, despite the fact that this information was already known being as though i am legally homeless. His interaction with other guests compared to me was different as he was cheerful and polite to them but condescending and sarcastic with me.
Additionally, he misled me into adding Wi-Fi access to the county bill, insisting that it was a paid service, when in fact, the manager later informed me that it was complimentary for guests.
Moreover, last night, I was informed by another staff member that I could use a laundry bin to transport my items from my store last night and take my time returning it.(The hotel luggage cart is broken)
I winded up falling asleep. However, upon returning the next day from the store, Luis indirectly commented on my departure date in front of other guests, making me feel singled out.
When I returned from running an errand, he specifically called me on the hotel phone that he said that i couldn't use when i first booked in and asked me to return the bin. I was pretty much distracted because i have a five year old that has multiple disabilities that was pulling stuff out as i was putting stuff away and i misplaced my hotel key.
Without thinking i hung up the phone so i could focus and when i walked back down to take out the trash with my daughter i was disresepctfully confronted by Him.
This afternoon, while I was attempting to take out the trash, I encountered further disrespect from Luis. He confronted me unnecessarily and made derogatory remarks, stating that the hotel "doesn't need people like me here." Feeling uncomfortable and upset by his behavior, I decided to record the interaction on video for documentation purposes.
I want to emphasize that I have been a respectful and cooperative guest throughout my stay, and I do not appreciate being treated in such a manner by a member of your staff. I understand that every organization may encounter challenges, but it is essential to address and rectify such issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation and guest experience .
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further and take appropriate action to ensure that no other guests are subjected to similar treatment. I believe that providing a welcoming and respectful environment is crucial for the success of any hospitality establishment.
Regardless if they are housed through the county or people that pay. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution. I'm just trying to get through the next few days and my child and I back to our own home.
Just to add I will commend the other employees for respecting ALL people and helping when necessary . I did not choose to have my home burned down I have a college degree in human services. and we move into our new home next Saturday. The moment I gotta stay in my room to avoid someone that chose to work here is crazy. I am far from lazy or uneducated.

The room floor was sticky through the entire room. The bethroom door edge had stains and grungy. The lobby smelled like an old bar room. I dont think the cleaning staff does anything but change the sheets. There were wrappers and trash down beside both beds next to the nightstand. In the last 10 years, I have spent over 650 days in hotels. This would be the 2nd worst hotel I have stayed in.
Rooms: Not in great shape dirty and tired

Maps takes you there after a long internal road drive or turn after driving another mile. No breakfast even though it says so. Lobby Smells like weed. All utensils are to be paid unlike other extended stays.
Decent value for money in this area depending on days. Seems decent enough for stay but room quality can improve.
Rooms: Smaller rooms than other extended stay in the area
Walkability: Walkable to park after crossing road and others things within 20 mins walk
Food & drinks: No breakfast included even though it says it does
Noteworthy details: Smells like weed in lobby.
Long u-turn to reach.
No breakfast included even though it says it does

Room was a little run down and they now make you pay for the kitchen stuff, so unless you bring your own you'll end up paying 70 bucks for the pots, pans, plates, cups and silverware.

The Manager had a bad attitude. There are bugs and ants in the kitchen and bathroom, quiet noising. The room smell not good, likely smooky or cannabis.

Honestly, this is the WORST hotel facility I have ever stayed at. Arrived after 10 pm, I had to wait for someone to come down to the front desk to check in. At 1 am, I found out there was no hairdryer after I washed my hair in my room and requested for hair dryer. The response from the staff was to go to the front desk in the morning! The staff told me to dry my hair with a towel! This is INEXCUSABLE as a hotel. As a guest, I paid for this room and it is not for free. No customer should tolerate this level of service and attitude. It simply is INEXCUSABLE. The room itself is in a horrible state and condition. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
