Ed and Melissa are always going above and beyond. Unprompted, they’ve checked my eligibility for discounts. And they’ve been great advocates in times when I’ve had to file a claim. They are easy to contact and extremely knowledgeable of customer policies. Imagine an insurance agent advising that you will save money with another company. TRUE STORY. Traditionally, the reason to work with an insurance agent or broker was to have someone help you navigate and choose between plans, carriers, and pricing. Unfortunately that got lost in translation somewhere, because if you call this agency all you get is an Allstate employee in a call center, who doesn't particularly care about you beyond taking your money once a year. I asked if they could explain any possible reason I should continue to pay Allstate 20-25% more than quotes for the same coverage from other companies, but sadly the person on the phone could not give me an answer. Not sure what other reason there is to go through an agent like this vs simply cutting the middleman and buying coverage directly from a carrier. I'm sure Ed Roach the individual is lovely but I don't see the benefit in continuing to pay higher prices for someone to make a commission off of me. Sorry...

Good place to get insurance. I've never worked with a real agent when buying insurance, it is helpful. She helped me choose appropriate coverage for my assets. Now I just need to keep an eye on my premiums because they don't notify if it is going up.
