This rescue is amazing. Deb is wonderful, she saved a bat stuck in our window with patience and grace. She was even able to sedate the bat so he experienced less pain. Please note this rescue only does bats at the moment. Thank you so much, Diamond Rock!

Told me I needed to take the baby fox we found to the vet to have it euthanized because it might have rabies. Not a chance. Stay away from this place

I found a bat in my kitchen and brought it over to Diamond Rock. She took it from me and let me know that it seemed to be in good condition and didn’t look hurt. Just a note: she only rescues bats at the moment, so if you find other injured or orphaned wildlife, you’ll need to find a different rescue.

Loved it. It's a bit rustic, but very enchanting. There is a wide range of books to be found at decent prices. The staff will happily direct you to an area to search for a particular book, but they don't use a computerized system so are not certain of stock. All in all, I found it awesome and will be back.

Found an injured racoon she told me to go and handle it myself and that she no longer cares for racoons. Umm I guess some of these rehab people really don't care for animals.

I think this place is doing a tremendous service and much appreciation. But seems to lack responsiveness....Sent an email and did not get a response?Sent another and got a generic response with no secondary follow up?Hopefully they are spending their time helping animals and are too busy for customer service.Again we appreciate the effort and help that they do for wildlife.

Deb used fear tactics and threats instead of educating and helping someone who had rescued a baby fox. This in no way encourages people to learn about or care about protecting our wildlife.

Really rude and unhelpful. Seems like they don’t really care for animals at all.

Just spoke to the wonderful woman who runs Diamond Rock Wildlife Rehabilitation Clinic and it is so nice to know that there is a place close to me that helps bats that are in need rehabilitation. We need to understand and respect all bats because they play an important role in our environment. 5 stars from me!

Lady who picked the phone not willing to help. Hang up abruptly. Rude and unprofessional.

They were very helpful concerning fox that visits my back yard. My family became concerned about the animal's condition, as its coat wasn't the vibrant color we are used to. We found out our visitor has mange which is treatable and how to ensure not to attract the feral cats and the vultures while trying to treat him.
