Expensive and the prices aren’t accurate. On three separate occasions I went to buy cat food and it rang up for a different price than listed on the shelf. When I mentioned it the guy ringing me up couldn’t be bothered to check or do anything about it. Would love to support local owned businesses but not if they can’t be bothered to provide decent customer service or update their shelves. I’ll stick to chewy.

The assistant manager here thought it’d be funny to mock me and call me “Larry” for making a basic suggestion about the Elk antlers being kept upfront where they use to be because it was easy to locate them.Two years later and I still go to PetSmart because of her unprofessional attitude and worse yet she did that the literal day after one of my dogs died.And given how much food and supplies I buy…she’s cost this location about $3,480 in sales alone, so way to go on that!

Concord has a huge selection of basically everything. It is not the cheapest place, but quality food and treats cost more. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Everything I have looked for, I found it there. That is worth a slightly higher price also for one stop shopping.An example of slightly higher pricing: my dog eats Zignature Kangaroo food. Usually I pay $95 per bag. Concord sells it for approximately $4 more. I won't complain about that since I can also get my cat food and dove food in the same visit.The dog clothing is pretty expensive, but Amazon has spoiled us, Concord has a much higher quality product though.I'm glad I found them and will continue to enjoy their selection.

Extremely friendly , caring, knowledgeable staff. I usually get all my dogs stuff here since past 5 years. They have lots of varieties plus it helps me know what my dog loves vs what not when I discuss with their crew. I use both of their locations one in paoli and one in Malvern. I would highly recommend this place to every pet owner. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my web orders with them too. I have used it couple of times.

My puppy had surgery and I had to get him a cone that fit and the ladies here were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I left with a new cone for my boy and they even gave me some treats.

The ladies did great with customer service. They helped answered all my questions. Also recommended on how I should slowly switch the dry food for my 7 months old puppy.. there's alot of verity of selected food brands and leashes , collars toys etc. They have 22 other locations about 20 is in Delaware state. Good spot for your pet needs. They have a store membership which is free. Just need your name, phone numbers and address. I recommend this place of business.

New to the chain ... and this store was hopping with customers, and no wonder... Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and tremendous selection. My new choice for my beloved senior dog's & cat's needs.
