Food consistently tastes worse than other Chipotles.Also not sure how they always run out of things if they have the same lunch rush every day during the week. Seems like they’d rather just say their out of an item than prepare for the rush in advance.Workers and policies seem unreasonable at times.

Waited on a long line for a $16 bowl with half the ingredients missing and attitude when asked when they will be available. No discount offered either for incomplete dish. Truly amazing customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Raheem at Chipotle, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, Raheem greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm.Not only was Raheem efficient in taking my order, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was prepared exactly to my liking. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my preferences made me feel valued as a customer.Furthermore, Raheem exhibited excellent communication skills and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the menu items. His knowledge of the ingredients and his ability to make recommendations based on my taste preferences truly enhanced my dining experience.Overall, Raheem's exceptional service at Chipotle left a lasting impression on me. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to providing outstanding customer service are truly commendable. I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Chipotle for a memorable dining experience.

We got here about 30 minutes before closing and the two staff were very friendly and courteous. The restaurant both looked and smelled clean. The food was delicious and hit the spot. I highly recommend this Chipotle.

I have been avoiding this chipotle for a couple years now after having problems with orders not being correct, orders being very very small portions and insane wait times for pick up (1hr + past pick up time). Two times I have tried this chipotle again since then and it has given full bowls/ burritos with the correct ingredients as well as no wait for picking it up. Definitely returning back to this spot.

It’s a nice quaint chipotle location. Make sure you don’t make the wrong turn it is very easy to turn into the wrong lot. While my food was cold my last visit it was enjoyable the numerous other occasions I visited this location.

We don't go to Chipotle often, so I was surprised to hear that I couldn't fulfill my child's request for a quesadilla because I was standing in the restaurant asking for it. One may only order those online or probably through the app. The staff pointed to the station for preparing app orders, about 25 feet away, then said, "We aren't able to make quesadillas for the last 2 years unless ordered through the app.".I guess corporate tied their hands, but what a lousy system!I'll seek out local businesses who will provide products and services based on their desire to please the customer.Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options. They place the tofu farther away from the so that meat doesn't accidentally fall in.

Extremely incompetent workers, numerous forgotten items in mobile orders, angry workers. Workers often complain about doing their job, that's embarrassing.

My 16-year-old walked in to pick up his order only to find out that he placed it in Springfield instead of Malvern. I tried to call Springfield, but no one answered. I spoke with the staff, and Nabisha (sp?) made his order at no charge. This small act of kindness means the world at a time when the world can feel void of people who care.

Food was ok, but the service was terrible. They had a miserable attitude and unnecessarily argued with customers. Restaurant was really dirty too.
