Disappointed by the overall experience. We bought three vanities for two bathroom remodels and one powder room. Lack of responsiveness, errors with orders, incomplete deliveries summarize the underwhelming subpar experience. Customer experience and service are not part of their growth strategy. I guess they get enough business to really care.

Their products are mediocre at best. I paid almost $20k for my kitchen cabinets...it's not many cabinets. But what really turned me off is I paid more for the soft closing feature only to find out the trash drawer and all the slide out shelves do not close softly. And the builder withheld that from me. I would go with another cabinet maker if you're going for high end because most other high end cabinet makers will give you all soft closing features on their slide outs and trash bin drawers.

We used Century Kitchens for our kitchen and bathroom cabinetry when we purchased a new home six years ago. We contacted Century recently for a kitchen refresh and some upgrades. Mark Salamone, who is our contact there, provided outstanding service! He gave detailed answers to our questions and even drove to our home (which was 30 minutes from their Malvern location) to talk through our needs, measure in person, and answer any other questions we had. Beyond our satisfaction with the end product, he shows a commitment to excellent service. He is a smart, hardworking and fine young man. Because of him, we will recommend Century Kitchens in the future.

By far my worst experience. Will never do anything with them again. Specifically ask whats included and whats not. I was misled..... from the start.

Very pleased with cabinets from here and the quality of attention and service. We worked with Jason Steffy who is very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable.... even after the sale when questions or needs arise.

I have been working with Century Kitchens for over 30 years. The company has been the vendor for two local builders I have represented in that time. In addition several family members (including me) have purchased cabinetry from Century Kitchens. Their design, selection, and quality are unmatched for the price.

Full disclosure: I am a designer with Century Kitchens. I just wanted to show you the beautiful vanity I recently installed in my own home. This is Jamestown in Gray with a Cultured Marble top (Country Gray Vein on White) with "wave" bowls. Soft close doors, quiet glide dovetail drawers.

I called the Frazer location to ask about some information on possibly installing new cabinet doors on some existing Century Cabinets that I purchased and had installed a few years ago . The woman I had a conversation with was the worst person you could ever have representing your Company, she was short with me , did not want to help me and made me feel like I was total inconvenience for her . Good luck with that person answering your phones !

I am finally writing a review after one year of purchasing our cabinets from Century Kitchens in Feasterville. This is the second time I am using this business and we are just as pleased if not more so since our last kitchen remodel in our previous home. First of all, Edey was wonderful to work with; very professional and definitely knew her product, status of what's in stock and her ideas on how to maximize the space available was extremely helpful. I wanted to change something twice and she had no problem revising the plans and just sent me the new plans clearly dated showing they were the most recent. They had to deliver the cabinets further than they normally do deliver to, but they really were willing to accommodate us and did go the distance. We were very happy with the service we received from Century Kitchens and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a business that is able to provide you with a professional job. Thank you Edey and John for your contribution to our beautiful kitchen!

Today Feb 25, I just drop by to your store on my way to Paoli Hospital for vaccine .I didn’t know your policy is to see by appointment only for the right reasons.I have purchased kitchen cabinets from your store 25 years ago.All I wanted to know from the person on the front door is that the same type of cabinet are still available before I make an appointment.I am really sorry to say that the lady at the front door was very rude and was not helpful at all.This is not a good customer service practice.

I just called looking for a simple quote and got the COVID run around and that it would take days for a returned call. I asked for an email to send a plan too and was told no. If you are looking for results try elsewhere.Note to post this I had to give 1 star, they deserve less.

I highly recommend Century Kitchens. Edey Martorana was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her knowledge, guidance and expertise made the purchase of our kitchen cabinets flawless. I arrived at their location with a few pictures and a rough sketch, Edey did the rest! She is the best!! Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful.The delivery crew was terrific as well !
