Simply put... John is a Magician. Call him up and told him what was going on. Told me to swing by so he could check it out and he helped me out/ fixed the dent in my door. He was very transparent, very fair with pricing and just an overall good guy. Cant stress how much recommend this place. 10/10 and will come back if I need this service. Thanks so much John!

Great work for cosmetic damage on your vehicle. Doesn't do windshield replace. Only windshield chips!

This is a delayed review, but important just the same! My vehicle sustained quite a bit of damage from a hailstorm we had in the summer. I was advised by a friend to call Carisma. My friend had hail damaged repaired by this company and he was very satisfied with the results! I contacted Carisma and the owner (Dave) came to my residence very timely, to assess the damages and write an estimate. My insurance appraiser had previously seen my vehicle and did the same. There was a difference in the amount of each estimate, which is very common, due to appraisers not having near enough expertise especially with hail damage. You must have a lot of experience and the ability to find the dents, as it can be difficult for the average person to see all of them. I brought my vehicle to Carisma's shop in the meantime, so the insurance appraiser had to go there and work out (approve) the increase in the dollar amount of damage. This was done easily and expediently, and was more than convenient for me! The work was started and completed in a very timely manner. Dave called and said my vehicle was ready and I was extremely happy with the outcome. The level of expertise and pride which is obviously important to Carisma, as to make sure each customer is happy, is top notch! I was amazed at the outcome with my vehicle being completely repaired. I was very happy to see how very perfectly restored it was. I strongly recommend Carisma for any type of body repair and I surely would use them in the future!!! You will never be disappointed.

Highly recommended shop. I had some rear bumper damage (dent and scrapes) and got a couple estimates locally. I went with Carisma because it was the most reasonable price. They gave me several different options on how I would like the repairs done and I opted for a full on paint job and body work on the bumper and it looks amazing. A place just up the street wanted almost $900 more for the same repair! They did not cut any corners and my car looks like new! Everyone there is very professional and great to work with.

I worked with them back during the hail storm of 2015.... Quality all the way. I highly recommend them, I worked along side them (delightful and professional)... I would do it again.
