I started coming here because it was close for me instead of going to Philadelphia the service was great when the wife was there doing my nails as soon as I let her husband do my nails it was horrible each time the only reason I let him do my nails because he said she was away on vacation or she was not available I also gave my Grandaughter who is 5yrs old a hundred dollar gift card from there for her birthday and he ruined her nails and feet that should’ve not been the whole 100 so if you want your nails done get the lady not the man her husband because he will pretend he knows what he is doing and treat you very nice until you call him out on his mess he gets very ignorant and rude.

The owners were very nice however I paid $40 for a gel refill and within 2 days the gel already fell off:( Also some nails the acrylic was all bumpy.

My friend Rachel and I had an awesome experience at Better Nail Salon while getting pedicures today. We are from out of town so we were very lucky to find such a great place to get our nails and toes done. The service was great and the technicians were professional and friendly.Services: Foot massages

Super nice workers although my nails were not what I wanted at all. I called for an acrylic full set and got convinced to do dip, which I didn't think much of because I know people who do dip. Bad idea, the dip was blotchy and bumpy. I also repeatedly reminded that I wanted shorter nails than the reference photo and ended up with even longer ones. I am not the type of person to fight with the service providers or anything so I paid and left. But I 100% don't recommend, spend the extra money for other places.

I love it here. My nails always look amazing, prices are reasonable and the owners/staff are all so nice and personable. My husband likes coming here as well. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

My friend and I went here after work since it was close to work. First off we walked in to the guy who works there coming in back door that was wide open with the entire salon smelling of cigarette smoke. I got a full set with dip, and she wanted her acrylic tips soaked off and just a regular manicure with polish on her nails. Well to say we left unhappy is an understatement. Some of my nails are so rough and not smooth. They look like they need a refill already he didn't go all the way to the cubicle and just all around BAD looking set. My friends nails were soaked a bit but then they just shaved down the tips and said they were off. They definitely aren't. So unhappy I thought about going back to make them fix it but I don't even want to return now.

So glad I found this place when traveling. The signature pedicure was amazing! My friend got her nails done as well and they looked perfect. The husband and wife team did a great job and were so much fun! We had the best appointment. I do nails and toes for a living and I will go here any time I am visiting in the area to be pampered and relax.

******Racist treatment***Just had the most outrageous racist experience. I walked in dropped my wallet and picked it up. They asked me to prove my wallet that I dropped was mine. I am black. He said it was for my protection. Showed him my id and told him I would never return

My 92-year old wheelchair bound mother needed a manicure. We went to another place in Malvern and they flat out turned us away. They were "too busy;" mind you, there was ONE person in there getting a manicure (and multiple employees doing nothing). We tried Better Nails and they were so kind, helpful and good to her. They truly made her feel special! I can't thank them enough for their generosity and kindness! Worth every bit of the $20 for the basic manicure. Oh, and her nails look great!

I got my ombre nails done here and I'm really happy with the work! Staff was friendly and patient (my first time getting ombre/gel nails) and I really enjoyed my time!
