Horrible experience here. I politely asked one of the employees where something was, she was an older lady with frizzy brown hair. I asked her where something was, she replied “at the top” and pointed vaguely. so I asked again “sorry, where?” She then snapped “you actually have to READ!” And then pointed to a product that again was not the one I was looking for. She then yelled “it’s behind it!” So I had to physically stand on the shelf to reach behind and move multiple products to find the one I was looking for. To the miserable retchet women: not everyone works at your store and knows where everything is. Have some patience.

Love this Aldi! We use the curbside pick up service every Friday for our groceries and the service is always consistent, organized and timely. The workers are always pleasant as well!
