Last time we were there we waited 40 mins past our assigned appt and very little communication and when my wife left because she had to go to work they just sent us a chart and said give to your next vet. Without even having a conversation.

Have been taking my dog Peggy here since she was a puppy. They are a wonderful and caring staff, and although my dog is a chicken, they help to put her at ease whenever she visits. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pet in the Malvern area.

My dog, Sonic, has been going to Affinity ever since we got him in 2015! I really recommend Affinity for your veterinary care if you're in the Malvern or surrounding areas. The Drs. and techs here really care about the wellbeing of your pet. We have been more than satisfied and my dog loves each vet visit. They're kind, compassionate, and take the time to explain to you any medical/health issues your pet may be having. 10/10 recommend Affinity for your furry friends!!!

Dr. Meredith and her team saved our dog's life. We called Affinity on a Friday afternoon when our lab showed symptoms of acute abdominal distress. Dr. Meredith's staff speedily scheduled an appointment and ran tests. X-rays revealed an intestinal blockage that required immediate surgical intervention. Dr. Meredith then coordinated care with VRC Malvern where surgery was performed to remove a squeaker our dog swallowed. Dr. Meredith followed up after surgery several times. Each time we were happy to report our dog was recovering nicely and anxious to return to his normal routines. Moral of the story: Don't let your dog tear apart toys with squeakers they can swallow, but if you do, call your vet immediately if your dog shows signs of abdominal distress in order to avoid life-threatening complications.

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. They only care about the money, not your pet and immensely overcharge. My dog needed emergency care after seeing these people not to mention the fact they told me to have fun finding a better place. Completely unprofessional and sad excuse for a veterinarian. This profession should be about the pets not the money.

Disappointed and Disrespected at Affinity Veterinary CenterMy 10-week-old Shiba Inu puppy, Kota, injured her foot while playing. Due to our recent adoption, we hadn't established a regular vet yet, but Affinity was familiar from taking our cats there. We called them after-hours and they were able to see us, which we initially appreciated. We brought her in last night 1/2/24 and the vet we saw was nice, however, she couldn't definitively diagnose Kota's injury. Although we agreed to pay for X-rays hoping for a clear answer, even the X-rays left doubt. Frustratingly, the vet then offered for a further, expensive evaluation of the X-rays, even though when I asked she said it wouldn’t change the treatment plan either way. This insistence on additional charges without definitive benefit felt unsettling and, frankly, money-grabbing. We opted out of that and they wrapped Kotas leg in a bandage which looked very bulky. They also gave us a “boot” to put over the bandage to “keep it dry”, which was made from some sort of plastic, medical bag that appeared to be previously used as it had remnants of a peeled-off sticker on it and was laced with gauze through slits they cut into the bag. It seemed very strange. They also emphasized to make sure Kota continued to walk on her leg with the bandage. This morning it became clear, however, that Kota could not walk with the way her leg was bandaged. I called back to express concerns, and they said we could bring her back to take another look.My sister brought her back in today 1/3/24 for the second visit. She saw a different vet, Dr. Meredith, who I later learned is the owner of the practice. Her demeanor was aggressive and condescending. She accused us of "babying" Kota and questioned our understanding of pain. Instead of addressing the issue with the bandage, she dismissed our concerns and made my sister feel like a nuisance. To top it all off, Dr. Meredith claimed Kota needed a rabies shot stating that she is “required by law” to give her the shot - an intimidating and untrue statement. My sister initially agreed because she felt she had to, but when the vet left the room my sister called me to ask what to do as she knew we already had plans to get Kota her rabies shot elsewhere. I told her to decline the shot. When she did, Dr Meredith lashed out at both my sister and her own staff stating “now you’re going to have to redo all the paperwork” creating an unprofessional and hostile atmosphere. After hearing how the second appointment went from my sister, I called the office to try to better understand what happened and Dr. Meredith declined to speak with me. We ended up paying additional fees for a pointless second visit and left feeling disrespected, frustrated, and worried about Kota's well-being. This is not the kind of care I expect from a veterinarian, especially one entrusted with my beloved puppy. While the other staff at Affinity may be friendly, the owner's behavior is unacceptable. I urge anyone considering this practice to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other qualified vets who prioritize animal welfare and treat their clients with respect, something Affinity sorely lacks.

We recently switched to Affinity and it was the best decision we could have made. Each and every staff member is kind and compassionate. They take their time, provide incredible insight, and truly love their patients. Thank you, Affinity, for providing guidance and support through a difficult time.

I’ve been taking my dog to Affinity since I adopted him 10 months ago. They are amazing and so caring! He recently had a bout of gastroenteritis and was vomiting repeatedly. The team told me to bring him in right away and immediately ran some tests to identify what was going on. Dr. Goss recommended he receive supportive care at a pet hospital overnight, but couldn’t find any area hospitals with room. The team was able to care for him there until they were able to find a spot open later that day. He’s fully recovered thanks to their amazing efforts! They really came through during the most frightening experience I’ve ever had with my dog. They are fantastic and I trust them completely!

Absurd waivers from Management that employees need to complete. Management needs to make some policy changes.

Sketchy management that doesn't take responsibility. Go somewhere else if you love your pet.
