“We just had a new coal stove installed which I purchased from here. So happy I did. The owner was so helpful in making the purchase and advised me to go with rice coal rather than pellets. Such a warm heat and I can load a 50lb bag. It's going just as a pellet stove would. They worked hard installing it and made sure everything was perfect. Couldn't be more pleased. Great store with everything you need and not having to search for help like Lowes. Great store and service.”

“Shustacks is awesome. They get 5 thumbs up’s from me. When I needed a hydraulic hose for my tractor, they made one up on the spot in no time at all. Then I bent my dipper-stick on my backhoe almost 5” and they were able to straighten it and enforce it. All at a great inexpensive cost. Then today I needed an offsize grease fitting I’ve been looking for about a month and they had not 1, but many, 4 in fact and didn’t charge me anything.These guys are great and will always have my business. ????????????????”

“Was thete last week and got a planter for a penny now this week the Manger on duty said no. I found 2 planters left on shelf that I paid 2dollars and 83 cents last week that were reduced to a penny and the manager said NO u can't have there ? not fair .I quest it depends on what Manger is on duty and what kind of mood there in .that sucks .”

“Most of the time I get my project tools here.Some of the larger power tools have a short lifespan- 90 day warranty and the motors cannot be found for replacement. The table saw lasted 110 days to be exact I have the receipt. This is mostly a project tool store. The Cement Mixer lasted but overheated frequently. Hand tools are good.”

Its great to be able to get hardware and parts right in Mahanoy city without having to trek out for a drive. We have been coming in for over a decade and I know the Heisers’ have been serving the community way longer than that. They also carry hard to find items like coal buckets.
