Walked in around 9:30 and waited at the register for about 5 minutes while the Store Manager was right there counting cigarettes and never said a word to me even though I knew that he had known I was there the whole time. I then said hello I need assistance..he then yelled for another employee who was super busy to Ring me out for a pack of cigarettes that he was already in front off. I have been a manager for Walmart and that is very poor customer service. This is a pattern during the week. I see managers doing the same amount of work as the cashiers,and refuse to help at the register. I'm not entirely sure where the teamwork is in the team, but I sometimes feel bad for the employees.

Be sure to check the shelf price and compare to the sticker price. Sticker price was higher than the shelf price on air wick plugin refill.

I was just at this store and have never ever been treated that way. If you spend almost $400 one would think that they would have a nice attitude, right????? Nope. Not at all. it was like to much ask of her to do. Not even a hello or a thank you. I have worked in retail for many years and always wondered why people say " i wonder whos working" now i completely understand. I have always tired to support our local stores but after this NOT going to support this one again. I guess sales mean nothing to their manager Jim. This rant is over and probably will be deleted and not addressed . but sent to others before that could happen.

Although there is a sign on the door saying masks are required, almost none of the customers wear them, and the store does not enforce their own rule!!
