This wawa is really going downhill. They mess up my order almost as much as they get it correct. Today I ordered extra cheese on my sandwich and got no cheese at all. On top of the portions getting smaller. It's not even worth gong there. I just go to weiss more often now for food or gas.

The people that work here are super nice and care about the way they make everything, but I will say the pizza dough does taste like chemicals or bad tap water. It will turn your nose up.

Since the pumps were re done they’re beyond slow. This has been going on for months. I, and I’m sure others have started going across the street to Weis for fuel. Costing you 10’s of thousands of dollars and no one seems to care.

I come to this location every so often.When i'm in Macungie picking up trucks The last 2 times I bought food from here.
I have gotten food poisoning. I never had a problem any other time. But the last 2 like I said, I have gotten food poisoning.
Please fix it.

My family and I frequent this wawa and I was in there yesterday a little before 4. I got what I needed and went to check out, all of a sudden I hear blaring sirens and thought something was going on outside. Turns out, the cashier was watching something on her phone with the volume all the way up. As I'm checking out her, phone is blaring in my face. She never turned it off as she checked me and other people out. Extremely unprofessional and very rude

I buy a lot sandwiches and food from Wawa almost every day and the past 3 times I’ve been noticing that the fries box isn’t full the way it should be today my fries box was less than half fullI just wanted to remind Wawa that you’re not selling me top of the line fries here they are frozen and you already charge more than fair price for them fill up the stupid box!

Kelly Andrews is so mean to the customers and her employees I noticed a switch in moods going downhill ever since she started working there I am a faithful Wawa customer I have been going to this Wawa for years and I can honestly say that she is a very unprofessional manager her hygiene is disgusting and I only see her walking around never helping her team somebody get her out of there I go to the Emmaus Wawa when I see that she is there

The young lady named Emily preparing food should really be talked to about hygiene. She was historically laughing on top of sandwiches she was making, with spit falling on the food while she explained her second job was shopping for people spending their money. She scratched her head with gloves and went back to making the sandwich without changing her gloves. Her face mask was on her chin only and it could not prevent the spit from going on the food. I had already paid for mine and ended up just throwing it away. She also wiped her hands on her pants (which also looked dirty) before continuing preparing the food.I won’t be ordering food here again.

This Wawa is fantastic. They always get the order right, The staff is very pleasant and they go the extra mile. When you order in the app, they actually put utensils and a napkin in your bag.
