Stand in line for five minutes while the store is unoccupied, and then the employee resurfaces, only to say that she doesn’t know how to do money orders. Not only does she not know how to do money orders, she didn’t even know what a money order is!!!! How the hell can she possibly be working behind the counter if she can’t perform the functions that the job requires? Again, not only didn’t know how to do a money order, but literally did not know what a money order is. And listen folks, “I’m new” isn’t what people want to hear. This falls on management and ownership. Train your damn employees. How can she possibly be behind the counter if she doesn’t know how to do her job? I’m a business owner. This would never happen in a million years in my business. No one gets put in the trenches until they understand their duties and they know how to perform them.
It’s amazing how poor the quality has become in retail businesses in America. High school kids working behind the counter. This is what you get.

I swear the pumps only work half of the time you go to use them. I don’t know how Weis and Wawa haven’t put this place out of business yet. I only go here for my gas because it’s usually never busy, but you have to take a gamble that the pumps are even working when you show up. Those pumps need a serious overhaul. Probably just gonna go to Weis and get gas from now on.

Please tell me what your actual hours are. I just pulled up at 9:40pm to get just a gallon of milk and as I am walking up to the door, she locks it and tells me that they are closed.

Here at 10:07pm on 6/22 both side door and front doors are locked no employees in sight! Majorly inconvenient!! Do better!

My kiddos enjoyed coming in every day after school to see Richard. I heard he was let go. He was our favorite part about coming to the turkey hill. Wawa has more to offer however, they didn’t have a Richard. It’s a shame.

I've gone to this store myself. This store is larger than competitors including Wawa. They are very helpful. When I go to the annual truck show in Macungie each year, this place is very busy. If turkey hill had a store closer to where I live, Wawa would really have some competition everyday.

Thank you Richard for being so kind to me ! They have a pretty extensive Turkey Hill beverage and ice cream selection. The lot and bathroom was clean and trash emptied!

Never again!! Garbage was overflowing outside, credit card machine was down, orange juice was past sell by date( which tasted nasty), forced to use premium gas cause the cheaper gas button wasn't working. Numerous other issues. The staff is fine but definitely understaffed at times. You lost a loyal customer. Wawa from now on.
